If you're looking for one of the best app partners for your digital products, I highly recommend Easy Digital Products by Axel. :) Great customer service indeed, he will walk you through the basics if you're a newbie. Not only that, but his recommendations are also far beyond any customer service at par. MUST-HAVE APP for digital service.

EDP is easy to use and Axel is an excellent Customer Care Provider. I especially like the icon in the lower right corner that says that someone is available to assist should I have problems. I had problems when uploading multiple files in a zip file, and Axel was right there to help me figure it out. Thanks Axel! Great App!

Easy Digital Products is perfect name for this app. It easy to configure and it works! Great support also. Axel was really helpful in implementing a new feature that made if perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.

Great customer support! We needed a couple of new features and Axel came with a solution in a very short time. Haven't experienced this fast/collaborative response with other App providers. Totally recommend this App.

Super awesome support. When I ran into a file size limit he offered a workaround that was very helpful and fixed a long time problem I have been having, So I subscribed to the business plan immediately. Great Job!

Excellent app ! I was looking for an app to translate the email in english (digital downloads doesnt offer this) and actually this app is even smarter than that ! it simply adds a link the order confirmation ! thanks a lot !

I think this is the best app in Shopify to add digital products. Very easy and simple. The developer is also nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I chose this app to allow sales of License keys for software. The app didn't have all the features I needed, but as soon as I mentioned these things to the developer he added the features straight away. ! :-) The developer is very responsive and is keen to make this app a winner. I love how easy it is to implement and use. It does what it says and I feel confident it will grow as users request more features. I can highly reccomend this app and this developer. :-)

5 stars for support. Need to give it a spin before we decide to use it. It does lack a feature though of sending out multiple licenses per sale. Promised to get that as a new feature.

Great app! Does what it says it's going to do without any problems, unlike some of the other digital download apps out there. And Axel is quick to provide friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommend!

Wow! This app is much simpler than the others out there, AND the app developer is available for questions which is so helpful. He even committed a change to his app so I could write some CSS to modify the appearance of the Download button. Thank you Axel!!!
