Best Download delivery app on shopify. You can customize everything that you need for your business. 100% recommended and yes, the support is the best. They respond so fast, professional and they want to make sure we experience the best EDP can get with a caring support team other than maximasing profit like other companies.

Absolutely 10/10 customer service! When my store suddenly stopped sending out digital products the team at EDP were incredible. They replied almost instantly, walked me through the issue step-by-step, and had everything working again in no time. It was such a relief to deal with a company that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I honestly couldn’t fault their support...super fast, very friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me. They've got a customer for life in me. It's so rare to find this level of service.

It's simply the best app for digital products. The settings and features are really excellent. We tried a few others before, but none of them were in the same league. And if you have a question about the settings, you'll get a quick answer that will definitely help you. It couldn't be better.

Great app so far, up and running very quickly. I had one minor issue, that wasn't really an app issue, just a me issue and I reached out to support for help. They were super fast to reply, like super fast and extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this!

Easy to use. Have been using this happily for years now. Request: Would be great if a POS-option could be added (print codes directly to the receipt).
