Zestard ‑ Easy Donation

I needed some assistance with setup and their team was super helpful!

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I can never even get it to load. First chance of getting it to load I took the opportunity to uninstall it! I had high hopes based on what I need on my store. It wouldn't even install properly on my site. I would stay away. The only donation that was made was my initial $6.99 to this terrible app.

Good app and very helpful Supports (especially Neha!) - who was patient in all our website customisations. I would highly recommend using this app :)

The premise of the app is great – easy way to add donations on to purchases including custom amounts! Unfortunately there are a few bugs with the app (images not working in the tax receipt email, and not sending tax receipt to the donor address) – but the support team has been great at finding a workaround to get this functioning for us while they figure out how to solve the problem!

Bhushan was great. He quickly made the changes I needed and gave me step by step instructions while I shared my screen. Thank you for your quick response.

Great support! I reached out with a few questions and customization requests while testing out the app. They were quick to respond, within 24 hours, and were able to help with my requested customizations regarding the way the widget looked in my product and cart pages, as well as with the donation product page iteself.

This app is great, and the customer service is so helpful. They did so much custom work for us and are always willing to help. A special shoutout to Neha P. from the customer service team for their outstanding support and dedication!

This guys have been great! They did all the installation for us even though our custom theme was hard to navigate. very responsive. 10/10!

We wanted a donation widget to show on our cart page, as it was a .liquid page we couldn't add as a block within the theme we use. However support came back very quickly, took control and set up for us and we're now happy with how it looks on the page. One thing we would prefer is if the widget wouldn't appear as a product to purchase but I have emailed their support now to hopefully sort out for us. Looking forward to seeing how many customers will give to our worthy cause!

Overall, EasyDonation is pretty solid app to use. Bounced around between a few before landing on this option and the main selling point was the customer service. Which is highly integral to using the app as preferred. Support team was able to help me with most of my integrations on the backend... with fairly quick response time.

I was nervous as I download the app on weekend and didn't know what to do but after almost 24 hours of sending an email to customer service, I got help and they patiently answered all my question through online chat and helped to set up the app completely based on my requirements. I can't wait to see how this app will affect my business and help me to do the right thing Best customer service ever! Hands down!

When I joined up to Easy Donation, I didn't have a lot of time to workout out the location of my Donation widget. The Team at Easy Donation were great, they were quick to respond, and also very happy to help me tweek my design so it complimented my shopping cart.
