This app is perfect for scheduling sales. You can set up a sale and toggle it on or off. Great optional countdown times. Love how easy it is! One thing to note is that it changes your product "compare at prices." This is awesome and so much easier than going through them all one by one (especially if you have a lot of variations). Just remember, if you're duplicating a product in a collection that you currently have discounted, to stop the sale first and wait for it to be completely stopped before you duplicate. I forgot to do this once, and it changed my sale prices to even lower prices. But it was easily fixable for me. I think there is also an option to stop if from doing this, but I probably missed it. All in all, if you don't want to go through your products and variations and update the compare at price manually and if you want sales that you can easily toggle on and off (and actually have the sale price displayed - which is an issue with shopify automatic discounts), this is a super nice and easy way to do it.

This app and support are not wholesome. This app and customer support is not wholesome. A lot to improve. 1) Limitation - not able to override the discount price 2) Communication is limited using only to email hence impede instant response time - therefore affect the SLA. 3) Tech support not able to resolve some of the theme issue which other developer can do it.

Currently, the app calculates discounted prices based on the product's current price, not the compare-at price. To be transparent, we haven't received requests for this functionality before, but we appreciate your suggestion. We'll definitely consider adding this feature in a future version of EasySale to better serve our users. 2. To keep the app affordable for all merchants, we currently offer email support. While we can't provide live chat at this moment, our 24/7 support team responds within 1-2 hours, even outside standard business hours, and helps as soon as possible. We value your feedback and will consider adding a premium plan with live chat support for faster responses. 3. After a thorough review, we found that the price display issue was caused by custom logic implemented in your theme, unrelated to our app. This logic was likely added intentionally by your theme developers for a specific purpose. While we could revert to Shopify's default behavior, it might affect other aspects of your store. For this reason, we recommend consulting your theme developers, as they can provide a tailored solution that aligns with your store's needs. After the sale ended, all my "Compare at price" disappear, more than that the Sale schedule doesn't restore the prices. Please be careful using this app.

Hello, I'm really sorry the app was confusing and was not working for you as you expected, but our support team already provided you full history of all the price changes for particular products and explained why each of that changes happened. Our app always revert all the prices back at the end of the sale. The only exception (and I believe that's what happened to you) is when you manually change prices for products that are currently on sale. In that case we don't know what to do with that product (consider new price as sale price, or as original price and we'll need apply new sale price based on it?), so we send you automated notification and add product to special Price conflicts section of our app. Unless the conflict is resolved, our app don't change price for that product anymore, to make sure we won't set wrong price. So if you have not resolved the conflict before the end of the sale, prices for that particular products (where you changed prices manually), won't be restored. Again, I'm really sorry for all the troubles caused. We'll work hard to improve our app UI to make it more clear and avoid further misunderstandings. It works okay but it's really slow unfortunately. Would be great if you can speed up the process in some way. I always do sales with lower prices every hour but that's not possible with this app because it already takes an hour to update the prices.
Thank you for using our app, and for your feedback. Unfortunately we're dealing with Shopify API limitations, so we're setting prices as fast as possible on our end. At the moment the only way to lift the limitations for particular shop is Shopify Plus plan where API limitations are higher. Thanks, EasySale team

Really easy app to set up. It took about two to three minutes to set up and get up and running. This app even alerts you if there's a conflict with your sale! The customer service is excellent and responds very quickly. I love this app. Definitely give this app a try!

The app is good but it should let you prioritise the sale over existing or conflicting prices for example a 50% sale on a collection should override a 10% store wide sale. This could be done by setting the priority on the sale screen.

Right now you really can not set priority manually, but sale with higher discount will always override the sale with lower discount. I.e. if you have 10% store wide sale, and 50% sale on a collection, that 50% sale will be applied. Once that sale is over, 10% store wide sale will be applied automatically. Don't allow discounts to be applied to specific variants: I liked how simple it looked, but falls short of basic product selection. Many other apps allow variant selection, so I will keep searching for a good discount app.
