The app works great. Also, a 5-star customer service as always from Daniel. The service provided was very efficient. They are always available in the chat and issues are resolved really quick, so no time wasted. They even went the extra mile of doing customizations in the app to adapt it to our requirements. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Keep up the good work.

Easy subscription has been very helpful in creating our beef subscription boxes and managing customers. They are willing to hop on a call and answer any questions you may have and even custom create/alter certain aspects of the app to better fit and serve your brand.

Great customer service and a much easier subscription app to use. Easy Subscriptions made the changeover from our previous subscription app so simple - they did it all with ease. Their communication is also fantastic. We have found thier app to be much more user friendly for both us and our customers. Highly recommend Easy Subscriptions A++++++++++++

There were a few hiccups at the start when we switched over but the team was super amazing at fixing the issues and we're up and running! It's easy to use and would definitely recommend this to anyone. Again, the team is awesome! Really helpful.

Please don't look any further into subscription apps. I cannot rave about Easy Subscriptions enough. gee, where do I start. Their product ticks all our business AND customer needs. But boy are their support team outstanding. My first and only contact was Dan. Emails replied lightening speed despite time difference to OZ. I was informed of every step every step of the way which gave me full confidence and trust to streamlined migration from well known sub app. Such superior customer service! THANK YOU Dan and team. Then there's the behind the scene team, the developers who kept our store looking aligned the way it was prior to migrating over to Easy Subscriptions. To say we were looked after is an understatement. These guys ought to be recognised for their COMPLETE surprise and delight aspects of what they do. Absolutely outstanding product, communication, customer service and support. Looking forward to long term relationship with these people.

I have tried so many apps already just to be able to create something that is acceptable to our standards. And Easy Subscription App is by far the best one I have tried. Also their support is unmatched. Daniel had really been so amazing in helping me set up the bundles and doing some minor configurations to the layout. Daniel was able to help me work around some app limitations based on our preferences and was able to produce something that was what we wanted it to be (feature where the customer can choose the box size and smoothly integrated to the subscription feature). I am glad to have come across an app that is surprisingly customizable enough to somehow meet out needs.

Daniel is a great assest. He was very helpful and patience to setup the subscription on my store. Hoping to get the best price later on when we renew the contract after 100 subscription.. Again good to have ppl like him who are knowledgeable and friendly Regards, Faran and Asif Khan

Overall pretty happy with this app. The new features are great for bundles and custom boxes, a few hickups to get there but the customer service is excellent.

I tried probably 20 different subscription apps before finding Easy Subscriptions, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been a truly wonderful experience. The app is intuitive, reliable, and integrates smoothly with my Shopify store, but what really makes it stand out is the support team. They are extremely responsive and go above and beyond to help with any questions or issues. What’s even more impressive is how quickly they implement requested features. It’s rare to find a team this engaged and committed to improving their product. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a subscription solution that actually delivers!
