After facing some challenges with the subscription flow and understanding how inventory syncs from Shopify to the Easy Subscriptions App, I jumped on a call with their team for a screen share. They answered all of my questions, and I was able to significantly streamline our processes for the online store. The live support is incredibly helpful.

I’ve been using the Easy Subscription app on Shopify, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The app itself is straightforward to use and integrates seamlessly with my store, but what truly sets it apart is the customer support. Their team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to address any concerns or questions. On multiple occasions, I’ve reached out with feature requests or suggestions, and they’ve been not only open to feedback but have also implemented changes to better meet their customers’ needs. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and customer care. If you’re looking for a reliable subscription app with a team that genuinely listens to and supports its users, I highly recommend Easy Subscription!

We found excellent features in the app that perfectly meet the needs of our store. Throughout the installation process, we received outstanding support with very quick responses, including a video call to provide real-time guidance on using the app. We highly recommend the Easy Subscriptions app!

Daniel was fantastic! I had an urgent issue with one of the subscription features, and he jumped in right away to solve it. Not only did Daniel resolve the technical glitch, but he also offered some insights on improving the overall customer experience on my site. Exceptional service all around!
