App works perfectly and if it doesn't they fix it or add a feature to make sure it does what you need!! Great customer support, great app

This application forms a core part of our business and has been an essential and well performing tool for a year or more now. Every time I have needed support - either to add a feature, debug an issue, or been stupid on my part and missed something already there - support has been quick and complete. Several key features were added within hours or a day maximum (for example, the ability to reorder thing easily, stop a rule from proceeding if hit, and clearing cached information when metafields and other slow data have changed... and some other key cases I brought up). This tool is flexible, and powerful, and the support is amazing. Go for it! Keeps evolving and improving over time. Tried the new AI thing expecting it to be silly... and it actually created a rule that was nearly exactly what I wanted. Nice!

We recommend using this app. Customer support is good. Their response is prompt and helpful. And this app is simple and intuitive to use. The only thing is, the processing speed slows down considerably as the amount of customer data increases.

The app is pretty simple to use and would be quite intuitive for most people. I was able to set up a couple of rules without needing to read too much documentation. It allowed us to clean up a messy database in minutes. What really stood out for me though and the only reason I am leaving a review is the exemplary customer service. I needed something that was outside the app's functionality and the app developers worked with me to make it happen. Their response time was reasonable, and at the end, their work solved a lot of problems for us internally. Would recommend.

Great app - has been helpful to us in tagging orders with various delivery routes and also tagging orders that are specific to different packing teams to make the packing process more streamlined.

app is great but customer service is dreadful. so much so i am just moving to another app that does the same thing. not as good as your app but at least i get support and returned emails and chat support.

I love this app so much for tagging and adding metafields in bulk. Simple and flawless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick solution! To see it in action, my store https://www.pawsforgiving.com.au uses it for every single product. If you aren't tech savvy you might find it a bit difficult to understand to begin with, but support will help you out.

It's easy to set up, and it adds tags only when I run the app manually. But doesn't add tags automatically. I wonder if there are people who have the same issue?

Love the interface and the rules, but at the end of the day there are often times when it doesn't trigger when it's supposed to. I use this to push different orders to different 3pls and when it's not reliable there are many issues. Unless they can get reliability up I'm currently looking to find another tag app, but may all tag apps have this issue.

Well, if you need an app to tag anything and everything you require, this is it! I tried A LOT of other apps and this one is by far the most lightweight, intuitive and has by far the most tagging options. The developers have incorporated literally every variable. The preview option is awesome. Thanks for such a great app!

We have a lot of items that are pre-order only, as well as a ton of different items that ship out same day. Rather than manually searching each in-stock item's SKU daily to generate the label, we now have all in-stock items associated with a single tag that is searchable. Woo!
