This APP charges much. thought I found this and I know there are many alternatives on the market, I still pay every months bills, with time pass, I don't aware for a long time, I don't get any call, when i contact them and ask them to resolve my problem, the service department keep saying it's a complex problem and they can only wait to get reply from other team, I have been waiting a week and still not get an answer, to forward calls is basic function this app promising and they told me it's a complex problems, and investigated for a week, I found I have a lot calls and angry customers. so it's my suggestion, get away from this APP

I downloaded this app to forward calls but it has never worked and is prone to faults. As a result, it's cost my business sales and angered my customers. If you're looking for an app to forward calls - look elsewhere.

I installed the Easy Call app with the intention of utilizing their SMS service. However, despite their team advising me to subscribe for the SMS service, I later discovered that the number provided does not support SMS. This misleading guidance has not only wasted my time but also my financial resources. I have been requesting a refund for the past month, but my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. The lack of response and support from the Easy Call team is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially ASH from the support team who does not respect customers and keeps us online without a reply although he knows we are furious!!!! I feel deceived and strongly caution others to think twice before subscribing to their services. I hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from facing similar disappointment.

The initial setup process is NOT intuitive. Kept getting error messages and server timeout messages. I've been working with support for a couple of hours and still have nothing. Support, by the way, is through chat when you log on...did I mention that it keeps kicking me out with a server timeout message?! That means I'm also being kicked out of support. If we get this sorted, I may change my review, but how do you give more than 1 star to this experience? I cannot recommend at this time.

charging money even you select the free plan for all type of charges like for the phone number you need to pay separately and for other things.
Hi there, Thank you for your honest review. It's stated clearly that there is no free plan. The plan is called "Pay as you go". We have the pay the cellular providers to get a phone number for you to use, we make no profit off of these phone numbers. If you are outside of the US, don't even bother. I was looking around to find out in which countries are they able to provide phone numbers, all I found on their webpage is this: "Prices Worldwide Get started with your local number in a few minutes, for the lowest prices in the market: Buy a number from your country of choice" So I took my time and download the app, register, give my bank details (they don't charge you through Shopify, they charge your bank card) and when I got to the phone numbers, I choose my country and I got a message that said "To get a phone number in this country you have to upload Proof of Address" but there is no button to upload it, i took my time and look around on the page to find out there is no option anywhere to upload these documents. So I messaged the customer service, they were really slow answering my questions. And eventually, they just said "we don't provide phone numbers to the countries that require proof of address" . . . Would it be so hard to put a list of available countries somewhere? Or say that "Sorry we don't provide a phone number to this country" instead of asking for proof of address and there is no way to upload it. And the only reason I write a review about my bad experience is because of the bad customer service. If they would have replied in a nice manner and not 10 minutes apart answers, I would not bother to write this review. ***UPDATE: They contacted me, said sorry, and offered a discount if I remove this review.

Never even used the app, but was charged two fees. My store was shut down completely as a result, not a great way to build a business relationship.

When you buy a phone number it's stated very clearly that the phone number you purchase costs $2/month to sustain.
