I do not know how to contact support, could you please respond to me on my email. I have done everything but the receiver id is not being updated to the app, please help.
Ich nutze EasyReturns und eben auch EasyDHL. Die Apps sind smart gebaut, einfach einzurichten und dann laufen die Dinger absolut zuverlässig. Auch sind die Programme nicht überladen, wie man das von anderen Apps so kennt. Geboten wird, was man braucht, und kein Schnickschnack, der nur unnötig kostet. Überzeugt hat mich zudem der Support, der sogar am Wochenende (!) zeitnah zur Stelle war und mein Problemchen kompetent und zackig gelöst hat. Dafür von mir volle 5 Sterne!
Für uns ist die App perfekt und wir wickeln unseren Versand superschnell damit ab. Kleine Anpassungswünsche die wir hatten wurden sofort umgesetzt. Wir können die App zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!
