Wir haben die App in 4 Shops installiert und bereits 2 Shops live damit geschaltet. Das Design und die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und selbsterklärend. Auf Extrawünsche wurde super schnell reagiert (z.B. Hochladen von PDF Dateien, Freischaltung vom FrankreichShop für EasyDPD). Mehr können wir sagen, wenn die Apps ein paar Monate im Gebrauch waren. Bisher die für uns einizige in Frage kommenden Retouren-App, weil sie die Features bietet, die sonst keiner anbietet. Und wir haben echt lange gesucht! Topp!
Funktioniert gut und ist vor allem leicht einzurichten. Auch der Service ist hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es lediglich beim Preis, der insbesondere für kleine Shops etwas hoch ist.
Alles funktioniert wie es soll und wie es versprochen wird! Vorzeigesupport, antwortet sehr sehr schnell und die Antworten führen immer zum Ziel. Danke für eure Arbeit! =)
