Bisher die für uns einizige in Frage kommenden Retouren-App, weil sie die Features bietet, die sonst keiner anbietet. Und wir haben echt lange gesucht! Topp!
Funktioniert gut und ist vor allem leicht einzurichten. Auch der Service ist hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es lediglich beim Preis, der insbesondere für kleine Shops etwas hoch ist.
Alles funktioniert wie es soll und wie es versprochen wird! Vorzeigesupport, antwortet sehr sehr schnell und die Antworten führen immer zum Ziel. Danke für eure Arbeit! =)
Nach der Umstellung hatten wir zwei Probleme, die umgehend vom Support behoben wurden, damit wir wie gewohnt arbeiten können. Ganz toller Support - super Umsetzung! :)
