We are a shopify plus merchant with a number of apps and add-ons needed to run our complex operations. Without a doubt the team here has the best support of any product we use. Every time I sent an email to express a concern or give a recommendation by the time I woke up the next day I received an email and the issue was either fixed or they made changes to ensure the software meets our needs. This is hands down the best inventory management app to supplement your Shopify store. While the interface is simple and intuitive, it remains full of features and has tons of customization options. Its order fulfillment tool is fantastic and it is the only app we have found that has worked for some of our businesses more unique inventory tracking concerns (particularly around bin locations). Their team has been extremely responsive to the few concerns we have had and even made some custom updates based on our needs. Highly recommend!

This is the best app I have come across so far. I have used so many apps on Shopify but the support and the features this app provides are the best. The pricing is on point and the support services are exceptional. Kudos to the whole Easy Scan Team.

It’s great when it works properly. I’ve been dealing with issues for some time now of the sound not notifying you once an item is scanned which slows down the picking process when you’re relying on the sound to move forward. It’ll read the SKU as being an incorrect item the first time you scan it and then accept it the second time you scan it. There are also frequent instances when you have to scan the item multiple times before it’ll accept the scan. I have purchased 4 scanners with two of them being $$$ and it’s the same issues.
