After facing a real issue with our operations that was mainly related to EasyScan. They reached us and worked closely and promptly until the issue we are facing is resolved. Many thanks to Charlie for his efforts, follow-up, and amazing support. Depending on EasyScan really improved our operations and our team is really depending on it in our daily operations.

We are just getting started on our store and have run into some unique snags as our needs and industry are unique. I spoke with one of EasyScans' Projects Managers, his name is Charlie, and even though we were not able to find a short term solution for our problems he was very attentive and cared about our small store. He asked intuitive questions to make sure he was thorough and even talked about some potential future things that could help us out, along with sharing links to some things that we may be able to use as workarounds in the short term. Charlie earned EasyScan 5 stars. I appreciate his work and look forward to continuing to work with EasyScan in the future while we find inventory solutions as we go.

EasyScan is very user friendly. I am not tech savvy and couldn't get my printer to print. I was able to hop on a 10 minute call with Charlie and he helped sort out all of the technical nuances with the printer and my computer (actually having nothing to do with the app) in a few moments. I wish all platforms were so easy to use and the level of service unbeatable.

You won't find an easier tool for barcoding and labeling, and it's improved our inventory count speed tremendously. But the real winner here is the support from the developers. We ran into an issue with the "Select All" function of the barcode assignment page where it would show how many items were selected in one browser, wouldn't even get there in another browser, and simply hung at the progress pop-up. Thankfully this is early in our intake process, so it didn't prevent us from getting anything into stock, but it was certainly something that needed fixing since we sometimes input hundreds of items in one order. It took a few days (we're all small companies here, you know how it goes), but Charlie looked things over and wound up getting an update pushed out that resolved the issue entirely, and we never missed a beat! So thanks again to the fine folks at 506 for their help and this app altogether. We wouldn't be halfway as efficient as we are without it!

This app has been a lifesaver! It easily lets you select products to add barcodes and SKU's. It's automation makes it a huge timesaver. The customer service is excellent and will setup a meeting to help you if you run into any obstacles. I don't subscribe to any other paid apps but this one is worth it. 10 out of 10 - 100% recommend!

This is a winner of an app. Super easy to set up, and some really good features for creating really professional and useful barcode labels. Charlie has one of the best attitudes to customer service I have seen in any app and a real willingness to not only help you get the best from his product, but also to improve his product from your direct feedback. He is extremely responsive.

We tried EasyScan as a replacement for Veeqo when switching to Shopify. Charlie has been amazing in terms of customer service. The system works and if there are issues then Charlie will jump on a call and work it through - mostly finding a shopify issue rather than an easyscan issue. They take on board suggestions for product improvement and we have been lucky enough to get the new version beta where we can log users helping us check efficiency. During our latest call Charlie advised some improvements to our site that whilst not related directly to EasyScan would really help our shopify site. Would happily recommend this app to anybody

My team and I absolutely ADORE easy scan! I particularly appreciate how CLEAN and user friendly the UI is, even when packed with features! I also have to say, this is probably one of the most reliably functional apps in the entirety of the Shopify App store. These guys see a gap or a function that merchants need and they make it happen! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!! Any time we've reached out to their STELLAR support, we've had a more than timely response and, even better, support actually knows their stuff- which is not always the case with shopify apps. Charlie even made himself available to us out of normal hours when we had a technical snaffu, he really, truly cares about the user experience and success of their merchants! Charlie, thank you so so much for your help, I look forward to seeing what feature y'all add next!!! Update, they added a new feature!! EasyScan now is integrated with Stocky, meaning we can print our product labels from Stocky POs without any additional manual data entry. If you don't know, Stocky is the Shopify Plus IMS, which unfortunately lacks a lot label printing functionalities, including compatibility with Zebra printers. My team has begun using this new feature for printing labels and I have heard nothing but positive feedback "it's working and printing perfectly. this is way easier and faster than how we usually do it" "works well. this is great for bigger invoices like ******* and ***" THANK YOU EASYSCAN for seeing a need and developing a solution! We are so happy to finally have an automated barcoding solution that works with our iMacs/Zebra ZD621 thermal printers. In the past, we used an app that required manual entry of Product Name/SKU information. Now, we can select the product and it will automatically pull in the Product Name, SKU, AND barcode, as well as set the quantity to the amount available in inventory. We have extremely custom labels. The Easy Scan team created a new custom template within a 24-hour turnaround. Charlie went above and beyond by troubleshooting printer setup errors for over two hours with our team. It has taken our team months to reach this solution and we are so happy we found Easy Scan. Thank you, Charlie!

Needed help with a small jewelry barcode and Charlie jumped on a zoom call and quickly helped me figure it out. Also sell wholesale and use the app to scan when writing orders, love it! Update 8/26/25 Needed help with a staff member and Charlie adjusted a few things and we were good to go, excellent app could not operate without it as efficiently. Easy Scan's customer experience and service are the best I have experienced with an app in shopify.

Amazing app and great support! We are a medium-sized e-commerce business that needs some of the functionality of an enterprise WMS-system, and EasyScan gives us exactly what we need! We have been able to speed up our fulfillment and reduce packing mistakes with this app. We highly recommend! We also requested some extra functionality and they implemented our request without any issues.

EasyScan is hands down the easiest to use, most well-developed and useful tool for our store. The packing slips and pick lists add a layer of protection to our picking and packing process, and we haven't had a single mis-packed order since we started using the app last year. Charlie and his team are amazingly quick to reply, and have thought of an out-of-the-box solution for each and every one of our enquiries.
