Absolutely faultless! I cannot praise this app enough nor the support and developer! From installation to help with queries this has been a phenomenal experience. Charlie helped me with some pre-sales questions on how to get started then after I instaled the app it worked perfectly. If you are a shopify store looking for inventory management, barcoding, 3PL barcoding, stock level controls or fulfilling orders accurately then this is your go to app! Its amazing and I think the develper has thought of everything you could need. I'm so impressed I recommend the app to all of my Shopify clients as Im a Shopify consultant and ive installed it on both my stores. If I had to sum up my feelings about this app it would be: Speed, ease, support. Don;t hesistate to install it, its perfect.

Excellent app! Customer service is top-notch, and our order accuracy has improved significantly since using it. Features like Pick & Pack Orders, bin locations, and barcode scanning make inventory management a breeze. Highly recommended!

Charlie was incredibly helpful - and from across the pond! We used the time zone difference to our advantage and he really came in for the WIN as we were gearing up to print thousands of labels. We've tried several Shopify apps to assist with verifying transfers and orders. They've all been clunky and had drawbacks. We finally stumbled upon EasyScan and it runs perfectly. It saves us lots of time and money on inaccurate shipments. The support team has been incredible responsive and helpful any time we've had a question. This app pays for itself and is incredibly useful.

S/O to easy scan - very user friendly - especially if you are using custom skus. our team is getting familiar with the system and it is streamlining our inventory. I wish we would have started using this app two years ago.

We have loved having this app implemented into our processes. It has been a great way to count/check inventory, fulfill orders, and create barcodes. As with any new app, there is a learning process but Charlie was easily accessible for a one-on-one call and other help. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app that accomplishes exactly what we needed. We were looking for a barcode label printing solution that was more comprehensive and required less manual work like the app we had been using. Not only is this app extremely efficient and easy, Charlie is wonderful. He quickly answered specific questions I had prior to subscribing with the App and after install, I needed a slightly customized tweak, which he facilitated instantly. So impressed and I know we will take advantage of other facets of this app down the road as well.

I really can’t say enough good things about this app and Charlie’s customer service, but I will certainly try! From the moment that we decided to go with EasyScan, Charlie has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with all our questions and requests to review things in more detail. Not only does he provide amazing customer support, but the app itself is simply fabulous. It addresses everything we need as a business, even the very specific scenarios and expectations we had just assumed we would need to find other workarounds for. It is full of customizations and very easy to navigate. It has by far been our best onboarding experience with a Shopify app. Charlie not only offers excellent solutions for everything we need but he is also always willing to jump on a call to review these solutions in detail to be sure we have a full understanding of what this app offers. It’s very clear that he’s been open to customer needs and feedback and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his service is meeting the needs of the customer. This app is amazing, I am currently about to begin working with a fullfillment center and they require for all the products to have SKU's and barcodes. I was so overwhelmed, emailed support, charlie responded and assisted me with everything!

Sometimes it is small improvements to your work flow that really add up to the biggest yields in efficiency. This app has solved a couple key workflow issues that would otherwise be eating up real time day to day. Additionally, we requested a custom feature - and not only did they reply within a few hours, but they created the custom feature that same day! A great developer here that is extremely committed to making sure their app delivers in a major way. Thank you Charlie and co!

Charlie was very nice and helpful. I told him about my issue with our scanners and he instantly found the solutions to fix it! Easyscan is really easy to operate and their customer service is superb, 10/10 would recommend!

I've implemented EasyScan for about 3 months now, nothing but good things so far, plus the bin location is unmatched, Hopefully they can connect an API through shipstation for bin locations too.

EasyScan is a GREAT system. Order Fulfillment, Bin Location, and Barcoding is easy peasy. Its everything I've been looking for. And Charlie is so helpful. He is more than willing to walk you through a problem and/or create a solution for it!
