We are so happy to finally have an automated barcoding solution that works with our iMacs/Zebra ZD621 thermal printers. In the past, we used an app that required manual entry of Product Name/SKU information. Now, we can select the product and it will automatically pull in the Product Name, SKU, AND barcode, as well as set the quantity to the amount available in inventory. We have extremely custom labels. The Easy Scan team created a new custom template within a 24-hour turnaround. Charlie went above and beyond by troubleshooting printer setup errors for over two hours with our team. It has taken our team months to reach this solution and we are so happy we found Easy Scan. Thank you, Charlie!

Needed help with a small jewelry barcode and Charlie jumped on a zoom call and quickly helped me figure it out. Also sell wholesale and use the app to scan when writing orders, love it! Update 8/26/25 Needed help with a staff member and Charlie adjusted a few things and we were good to go, excellent app could not operate without it as efficiently. Easy Scan's customer experience and service are the best I have experienced with an app in shopify.

Amazing app and great support! We are a medium-sized e-commerce business that needs some of the functionality of an enterprise WMS-system, and EasyScan gives us exactly what we need! We have been able to speed up our fulfillment and reduce packing mistakes with this app. We highly recommend! We also requested some extra functionality and they implemented our request without any issues.

EasyScan is hands down the easiest to use, most well-developed and useful tool for our store. The packing slips and pick lists add a layer of protection to our picking and packing process, and we haven't had a single mis-packed order since we started using the app last year. Charlie and his team are amazingly quick to reply, and have thought of an out-of-the-box solution for each and every one of our enquiries. We couldn't be happier with the features, support and pricing!

The application works wonders! I had trouble with a particular problem and their team quickly responded and ensured the issue was resolved. Absolutely recommend since Shopify's built in system (barcodes & SKUs) isn't great.

Absolutely faultless! I cannot praise this app enough nor the support and developer! From installation to help with queries this has been a phenomenal experience. Charlie helped me with some pre-sales questions on how to get started then after I instaled the app it worked perfectly. If you are a shopify store looking for inventory management, barcoding, 3PL barcoding, stock level controls or fulfilling orders accurately then this is your go to app! Its amazing and I think the develper has thought of everything you could need. I'm so impressed I recommend the app to all of my Shopify clients as Im a Shopify consultant and ive installed it on both my stores. If I had to sum up my feelings about this app it would be: Speed, ease, support. Don;t hesistate to install it, its perfect.

We've tried several Shopify apps to assist with verifying transfers and orders. They've all been clunky and had drawbacks. We finally stumbled upon EasyScan and it runs perfectly. It saves us lots of time and money on inaccurate shipments. The support team has been incredible responsive and helpful any time we've had a question. This app pays for itself and is incredibly useful.

We have loved having this app implemented into our processes. It has been a great way to count/check inventory, fulfill orders, and create barcodes. As with any new app, there is a learning process but Charlie was easily accessible for a one-on-one call and other help. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app that accomplishes exactly what we needed. We were looking for a barcode label printing solution that was more comprehensive and required less manual work like the app we had been using. Not only is this app extremely efficient and easy, Charlie is wonderful. He quickly answered specific questions I had prior to subscribing with the App and after install, I needed a slightly customized tweak, which he facilitated instantly. So impressed and I know we will take advantage of other facets of this app down the road as well.
