506 EasyScan SKU & Barcode

I am about 1 week in using the Easy Scan App and cannot believe I did not do this sooner! I had a question and was able to schedule a quick Zoom immediately and had a resolution less than 24 hours! Great Service!

I would highly recommend the EasyScan app. It's been wonderful in automating our SKU Codes and labelling for our warehouse. The support team (Charlie) was incredibly helpful and the team were able to add a brand new option for barcodes to suit our needs. Totally worth it.

This app is incredible! Support tram is awesome, and helped us get up and running to move our entire inventory to barcodes.

As a relatively new but growing business we found this app to be extremely useful. From Assigning SKU’s on bulk, fulfilling orders to ensure accuracy and accountability and performing those daunting inventory-checks in a quick and efficient time scale. We cannot recommend this app highly enough! What’s even more impressive and helpful is that the EasyScan support is A* - not only are the tutorials extremely helpful but Charlie is always there to help find a solution to any problem! This must be one of the most useful apps in the Shopify Store and we haven’t even delved into all of its features!

EasyScan is an excellent app that does exactly what we need. An app is only as good as the backup support offered and we have had excellent support. Charlie helped us solve a couple of problems, with quick responses to my questions, keep up the good work. I'm very pleased.

Easyscan made our Barcoding & SKU applications easy. Like all reviews mention, Charlie is very easy to work with, patient and have been available to help whenever we reached out. Picking and packing orders with EasyScan prevents mistakes. Inventory counts are almost fun! If your store needs an app like Easyscan, look no further, you found it!

After facing a real issue with our operations that was mainly related to EasyScan. They reached us and worked closely and promptly until the issue we are facing is resolved. We are just getting started on our store and have run into some unique snags as our needs and industry are unique. I spoke with one of EasyScans' Projects Managers, his name is Charlie, and even though we were not able to find a short term solution for our problems he was very attentive and cared about our small store. He asked intuitive questions to make sure he was thorough and even talked about some potential future things that could help us out, along with sharing links to some things that we may be able to use as workarounds in the short term. Charlie earned EasyScan 5 stars. I appreciate his work and look forward to continuing to work with EasyScan in the future while we find inventory solutions as we go.

EasyScan is very user friendly. I am not tech savvy and couldn't get my printer to print. I was able to hop on a 10 minute call with Charlie and he helped sort out all of the technical nuances with the printer and my computer (actually having nothing to do with the app) in a few moments. I wish all platforms were so easy to use and the level of service unbeatable.

You won't find an easier tool for barcoding and labeling, and it's improved our inventory count speed tremendously. But the real winner here is the support from the developers. We ran into an issue with the "Select All" function of the barcode assignment page where it would show how many items were selected in one browser, wouldn't even get there in another browser, and simply hung at the progress pop-up. Thankfully this is early in our intake process, so it didn't prevent us from getting anything into stock, but it was certainly something that needed fixing since we sometimes input hundreds of items in one order. It took a few days (we're all small companies here, you know how it goes), but Charlie looked things over and wound up getting an update pushed out that resolved the issue entirely, and we never missed a beat! So thanks again to the fine folks at 506 for their help and this app altogether. We wouldn't be halfway as efficient as we are without it!

Absolutely a must have if you're using barcode labels. This has saved SO many hours of manually entering info. I use it daily.

This app has been a lifesaver! It easily lets you select products to add barcodes and SKU's. It's automation makes it a huge timesaver. The customer service is excellent and will setup a meeting to help you if you run into any obstacles. I don't subscribe to any other paid apps but this one is worth it. 10 out of 10 - 100% recommend!

Makes scanning easy! Recommend downloading the app and using this for your store. Works seamlessly with our dymo barcode printer.

This is a winner of an app. Super easy to set up, and some really good features for creating really professional and useful barcode labels. Charlie has one of the best attitudes to customer service I have seen in any app and a real willingness to not only help you get the best from his product, but also to improve his product from your direct feedback. He is extremely responsive.

We tried EasyScan as a replacement for Veeqo when switching to Shopify. Charlie has been amazing in terms of customer service. The system works and if there are issues then Charlie will jump on a call and work it through - mostly finding a shopify issue rather than an easyscan issue. They take on board suggestions for product improvement and we have been lucky enough to get the new version beta where we can log users helping us check efficiency. During our latest call Charlie advised some improvements to our site that whilst not related directly to EasyScan would really help our shopify site. Would happily recommend this app to anybody
