While the app delivers the visual appeal and functionality we were aiming for, its handling of CSV files is a major drawback. The inability to upload new CSVs without overwriting existing data severely limits scalability. Additionally, the export function produces proprietary structured data that’s impossible to work with, making it frustrating to match or update product information efficiently. If you're looking to build and manage your own product database, this app introduces unnecessary complications and inefficiencies. Not recommended for catalog management at scale.

As for the export format, we’d like to clarify that it was originally designed to serve as a backup of your EasySearch configuration, rather than a structured export for editing or reimporting as part of a regular workflow. That said, we completely understand your point, and it makes total sense. We're already working on improving this and plan to make the export format much more flexible and user-friendly to better support of ongoing product data management.
