Extremely poor customer service. Absolutely do not recommend. First of all, the app does not inform you that you need to upgrade to Shopify Pro or Advanced to be able to use features on their app (the courier fees showing up on your website). You find this out after paying for the app. I contacted support to receive a refund because this was the only reason I downloaded the app and they refused to refund me even though I had just signed up and have not and will not use any features on the app. I will be contacting my bank for my money back but everyone be aware of this if you are thinking of downloading.

Unfortunately, third-party calculated rates with Shopify are only available for Shopify Pro and Advanced users, and is a restriction imposed by Shopify, not Easyship.
