As a first timer, I had a lot of questions when setting up EasyShip with our 4 warehouses (we took on a lot out of the gate!). Lots of back and forth to get set up (box types, shipping rules, couriers, etc.) with all of the parties. Now that it's set up, it's straightfoward and reliable to use. I appreciate having a human point of contact when needed (sometimes the support tickets just disappear and it's hard to know what's open and what cases have been handled, etc.), so that's great; Avantika has been really helpful to work with!

Been using Easyship for about 16 months. Started off great -- great features (though integration with Shopify needed a little more work), great customer service -- but lately the service has gone downhill, to the point where I'm going to cancel my subscription. Every few weeks I get crazy overcharges from FedEx where they claim a regular jacket weighs 15 lbs or some absurd figure. Disputing and getting the absurd charge reversed has become a nightmare with Easyship. Also, recently I had a DHL package RTS where I specifically informed them to let DHL know that we'll pay for duties but DHL needed to ship the product back to us. Easyship completely forgot to let DHL know and now DHL has destroyed my very expensive product and Easyship refuses to accept responsibility. They've been ignoring my emails ever since. They've also randomly started closing tickets without actually resolving them and getting confirmation from me that the issue has been resolved. Just terrible all around. Find an alternative.

I had an issue with checking out my labels. Requested a support agent , Gavish stepped in, found the issue and resolved it quickly! Very happy I can now get all my orders shipped out. Thank you Gavish!

Easy to set up and easy to create labels, sorts all the customs stuff and jsut gives you the labels to print.

Really enjoyed my experience so far, the support team is helpful, the platform is great and I'm almost always getting rates lower than anywhere else. Compared to a lot of others these came out the best, there's a few bugs here and there like not every order being imported, or sometimes delivery services you think would be available, simply aren't, but it's not enough for me to downgrade my rating. Highly recommend :)

After using 3+ different platforms to ship orders to my international customers, Easyship is by far the best I've worked with. Their pricing is competitive, the platform is easy to use, and their customer support has been outstanding whenever I've needed assistance. Shipping internationally can be challenging, but Easyship has made the process much smoother and more reliable. Powerful shipping solution with excellent support ! Easyship has been a very useful solution for connecting our Shopify store with a more professional shipping setup. The platform gives access to different courier options, international shipping rates, DDP/DDU choices, shipping rules, product/package configuration, and tools that help manage orders more efficiently. At first, the setup felt quite technical because we needed to configure products, package sizes, shipping rules, courier options, tax and duty settings, and test shipments. However, once everything was properly set up, Easyship became much clearer and gave us much better control over our shipping process. The biggest advantage for us is being able to compare courier options, understand international shipping costs, and prepare our Shopify store for UK and international orders. For a food/sauce business shipping jars and bottles, having accurate package and courier configuration is very important. I also have to mention the support experience. Vivek from Easyship support was extremely helpful, patient and professional. He guided me through long setup steps, helped clarify DDP/DDU shipping, KYC verification, test shipment preparation, and followed up again afterwards to make sure the remaining questions were handled. That support made a big difference and helped us configure the store properly. Overall, Easyship is a powerful shipping app for Shopify merchants who need more control over domestic and international shipping. It may take some time to configure correctly, but with the right support, it can become a very valuable tool for managing shipping professionally.

Been using EasyShip for several years now. The ease of use with their external integrations - especially with Shopify - is our largest win with them. Also their network of couriers and warehousing partners globally provide them a huge draw for those trying to scale and enter new markets.

We've been using Easyship for years and only recently got on board via Shopify. The transition was painless for both the initial setup and implementation - the plugin just works and is easy to connect. Easyship even did a customization for us that's been working solidly and allowed us to expand to using multiple warehouses seemlessly. You can't ask for better support than that!

I left the app 5 stars but once I kept using it, the website is super buggy and don't work like that, the customer service sucks nobody will understand you they just talk like bots! Shipping labels have your full name on it instead of just your business name.

I have been using Easyship for approx 18 months, it's a lot of work to set it up but once you are through that pain things generally work well. That was the case until about 6 months ago, at the end of 2025 I noticed a real decline in the availability of support staff for help with issues. It is now so bad that the AI bot is far more human and efficient at providing support than the support team. The support team are extremely slow to respond, use the same scripts to communicate and show no empathy or interest in your actual issue. I am owed money from Easyship for a UPS overcharge, my "service ticket" has been open since 27th January (today is 4th June) and I am still waiting and still chasing. Today they closed another open ticket I have (another UPS overcharge) and they have refunded me a lesser amount than I was originally charged. It's sloppy and very very poor service. They sent me a link to review them following the closure of this ticket so this is my honest opinion of them based on my experience.
