Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

Been on Easyship for our Shopify store and the support has become the dealbreaker. We ran into real bugs with checkout rates, UPS services getting hidden on the label screen, and shipping rules not behaving the way their own support told us they should. When we reported it, we were told a technical call would be scheduled as a priority (ticket 1425430). We are still waiting. No call, no fix. On top of that, Easyship does not sync dimensions and weights from Shopify, so you have to maintain a whole separate product catalog by hand inside their app. That is a pile of duplicate work for a shipping app. The concept is fine when it works, but paying every month for a tool that breaks at checkout and then can’t get you a live person to fix it does not work for a real store. I want to like it. I need working checkout rates and actual support. Easyship, fix ticket 1425430 and get me the call you promised and I will gladly update this review.

Using Easyship during an uncertain time of shipping to the U.S. has been great.

I’ve been a loyal Easyship user for a long time! Syncing orders and handling invoices/bills is super smooth. Their live chat is fast and effective. I usually dread dealing with courier customer support, but Easyship handles that bridge easily—definitely way better than what AI can do lol.

Overpriced and unreliable We have been using Easyship for a while now and honestly the price does not match the product at all. For what you pay you would expect a rock-solid system, but instead you get random bugs popping up regularly that take forever to get fixed by their support team. Product data syncing from Shopify is unreliable, HS codes for example simply don't sync, which is a critical issue if you ship internationally. Editing any labels is painfully slow, and the whole system feels sluggish in general. If you only ship to one country and have simple shipping rules, it might work fine for you. But if you ship internationally and have a more complex setup with different duties and taxes for different countries, I really would not recommend it. We ship around 300-400 orders a month, so spending time manually fixing labels and troubleshooting bugs is simply not an option for us. At this volume you need a system you can trust, and unfortunately Easyship is not that.

Great service support and great service for business

Easyship has become my go-to for Shopify fulfillment. I’ve worked with them across two different companies, and they’ve been a great partner through everything from a complex crowdfunding campaign to ongoing US fulfillment and container imports. With the first company, they helped us fulfill a fairly complicated crowdfunding campaign out of Hong Kong before we moved to their US distribution center. With the second, we’ve used their US distribution operations and had them handle container imports from China. Having that range of support has been a huge benefit. The Shopify integration has been excellent, and communication has been a real standout. A special shout-out to Conor, who has been responsive, helpful, and great to work with. Having a dedicated person who knows your account makes a big difference. I also appreciate the different ways to get help: in-app AI chat, live support chat, and a dedicated account manager. There’s always someone to turn to when a question comes up. Their pricing and access to different shipping options are better than most other fulfillment programs I’ve seen. After working with Easyship across two businesses and some fairly complex logistics, I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Shopify fulfillment partner.
