Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

I really enjoy using Easyship because of the number of features and options it offers compared with other shipping platforms I’ve used. The platform is easy to navigate, especially if you’re already familiar with shipping, and I love having the ability to do things that aren’t always possible elsewhere, such as combining orders and having more flexibility with how shipments are managed. My experiences with support have varied, but I recently had an urgent issue and one representative truly went above and beyond to help me. They responded quickly, understood the urgency of the situation, and made a real effort to get it resolved, which I really appreciated. Overall, the features and flexibility of Easyship are what really stand out to me, and having such a positive experience with this particular representative made an important difference as well.

We have been using this for about a week and an issue arose. I asked AI and it did not have an answer. Asked to connect to a rep and the rep helped, but I was unclear. Asking for a video call, they schedule one for the next day and brought in one of the coders. It was very helpful and my questions were answered. So far, EasyShip seems to be working as expected while we tweak the mark up rate in Shopify.

Very good support, so very happy at the moment with the app and support. Like the way it selects the best shipping option having entered my parcel sizes and weight and rules to select those. One thing missing is being able to pay for a collection from Royal Mail UK, I have to do that separately

Good price, good customer service, easy to use

The Shopify integration is smooth, and syncing orders has been reliable. It has saved our team a lot of time by reducing manual work and making fulfillment much more efficient. We also appreciate the tracking features, which help keep customers informed throughout the delivery process.

Horrible customer service. 3 weeks having an issue with my account where I can't ship until I verify my account (mind you I have shipped with them before but all of a sudden my account needed verification). The customer AI service bots keep opening cases and "escalating" but no one responds. I finally got a response after more than a week and when I replied back, they went silent again. It is really frustrating since this is what I use to ship internationally and now my international customers are being affected due to the lack of support from this app.

Was only able to install 40% of all orders, and did not let me use Evri to ship internationally because according to them, Evri do not ship to USA. Bad app, do not install.

Almost all of the agents we spoke to, gave an impressive assistance every time we have an inquiry about Easyship's services.

My representative, Mohammed was very helpful in resolving the issue my team was having with accessing shipping documents via Shopify. Originally thought to be an issue with Shopify, Mohammed continued to work with me when I was inclined to believe the problem was, in fact, with Easyship. It took a couple of days for the Easyship team to resolve the issue, but communication was clear throughout the process. I appreciate that my concerns were handled and all of the communication along the way.
