After working with the company for 5 months, I can say that they are one of the most wonderful companies you could deal with. They have a number of excellent shipping companies, easy to deal with and easy to set up, the technical support is very good. You need to pay for a plan to get immediate direct support. I really thank you and highly recommend this company because you will get multiple shipping options and good prices.

The expectation was integrated prices at shipping with accurate duties and good shipping prices. Integration seems to be really good! BUT, the shipping prices are literally more expensive than I can find anywhere and the platform cannot figure out how to accurately represent our duties and taxes. For example, our product is USMCA compliant and has a beneficial HTS code, which has our US tariff rate at $0, but Easyship is trying to charge our US customers $72 extra. The additional paperwork and time to sort this out, makes using this platform a complete waste of time. If you are able to get competitive shipping prices and fix the duties, I'd give this 5 stars for sure!

We wanted to update this review now that our insurance claim has finally been resolved as of February 2026. In September 2025, a high-value coffee table we shipped via EasyShip was delivered damaged. We submitted an insurance claim immediately. Unfortunately, over the following months, communication was extremely limited, progress was unclear, and we were repeatedly told that “multiple parties were involved” without being given any meaningful updates or evidence from the carrier. Despite numerous follow-ups, the claim remained unresolved for several months. We were eventually informed that compensation would not be paid, and only a partial goodwill refund was offered. At that stage, we had little option but to issue a formal Money Claim Online (MCOL) claim to recover our losses. Only after legal proceedings were started did EasyShip approve payment of the insured value. Even then, payment was initially issued as platform credit rather than funds, and multiple attempts to transfer the balance to our bank failed or were reversed, causing further delays. A formal settlement agreement was eventually required before the final balance was paid. While we did ultimately receive the insured value of the goods, we were left out of pocket for unrecovered legal and administrative costs. We were also previously offered incentives to amend or remove our review before the matter was resolved, which we found concerning. We appreciate that individual staff members did try to help towards the end of the process, and we are glad the claim was eventually settled. However, the lack of transparency, prolonged delays, and the need for legal action to achieve a basic insurance payout made this an extremely stressful and time-consuming experience. For businesses shipping high-value items, this is something to be aware of. We would strongly recommend carefully considering whether you are comfortable relying on EasyShip’s insurance and claims process.

I like the simplicity of easyship and it is very user friendly. The only thing i would like to see for improvement is two things. 1) Increase the speed of the software. There is alot of slow down even when cookies are cleared. 2) Ability to just have the insurance payback to be put on the credit card that is on file.

Sumit was very helpful and professional. He quickly identified the cause of the issue with the “Shipping at Checkout” feature and explained clearly that it was related to the plan requirement. **Update** We are very impressed with easy ship's live virtual customer support. In about 20 minutes they were able to fix our issue and get us on the right track. We are glad to have our shipping working the way that we want it now. This APP does NOT WORK. I am a small business and purchasing this app has caused me nothing but problems. Customer service is not helpful NOR will they refund you for their poor product. Do not purchase this app if you want one that will actually work. It has either overcharged or undercharged on every single shipment I have used it with.

Bas customer service. I used to love this app, changed the game for my canadian business shipping mostly to the US. I spent thousands of dollars in shipping labels in the past year but unfortunalty they expereienced some issues with their UPS account. From what I understand the account was blocked. I had a similar issue in the past with Shippo (another thirdparty) and they solved the issue in 1h. I reached out almost everyday to easyship's customer service and they keed telling me that they will escalate this (to whom idk). I can't use my account anymore and they won't help me solve this.
