It took a couple of days for the Easyship team to resolve the issue, but communication was clear throughout the process. I appreciate that my concerns were handled and all of the communication along the way.

As a first timer, I had a lot of questions when setting up EasyShip with our 4 warehouses (we took on a lot out of the gate!). Lots of back and forth to get set up (box types, shipping rules, couriers, etc.) with all of the parties. Now that it's set up, it's straightfoward and reliable to use. I appreciate having a human point of contact when needed (sometimes the support tickets just disappear and it's hard to know what's open and what cases have been handled, etc.), so that's great; Avantika has been really helpful to work with!
