Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

Been using Easyship for about 16 months. Started off great -- great features (though integration with Shopify needed a little more work), great customer service -- but lately the service has gone downhill, to the point where I'm going to cancel my subscription. Every few weeks I get crazy overcharges from FedEx where they claim a regular jacket weighs 15 lbs or some absurd figure. Disputing and getting the absurd charge reversed has become a nightmare with Easyship. Also, recently I had a DHL package RTS where I specifically informed them to let DHL know that we'll pay for duties but DHL needed to ship the product back to us. Easyship completely forgot to let DHL know and now DHL has destroyed my very expensive product and Easyship refuses to accept responsibility. They've been ignoring my emails ever since. They've also randomly started closing tickets without actually resolving them and getting confirmation from me that the issue has been resolved. Just terrible all around. Find an alternative.
I have been using Easyship for approx 18 months, it's a lot of work to set it up but once you are through that pain things generally work well. That was the case until about 6 months ago, at the end of 2025 I noticed a real decline in the availability of support staff for help with issues. It is now so bad that the AI bot is far more human and efficient at providing support than the support team. The support team are extremely slow to respond, use the same scripts to communicate and show no empathy or interest in your actual issue. I am owed money from Easyship for a UPS overcharge, my "service ticket" has been open since 27th January (today is 4th June) and I am still waiting and still chasing. Today they closed another open ticket I have (another UPS overcharge) and they have refunded me a lesser amount than I was originally charged. It's sloppy and very very poor service. They sent me a link to review them following the closure of this ticket so this is my honest opinion of them based on my experience.
Paid a year. It didn't work well so stopped using. Also thought I had canceled auto renew. But It charged the next full year. I contacted support immediately, but they refused to refund. Crooks.
Terrible customer service. App does not work property. Shipping rules were created and many of them not working. We have been using different shipping websites and APps for 14 years now and are expects are ecommerce. This App has a technical issue so we reached out to customer service 3 days in a row. No answer. Just looping one person to another. All of their messages are fully automated even when you think you are talking to a customer sevice. My chat window is full of repeated sentences such as "I am truly sorry for the ongoing delay assocaited with the shipping rules." Super disappointed!
Did not even get past the setup process. This company as of 4-9-2026 has terrible internal communication and setup flow. So if you are looking to get answers to your questions you will get them in a couple hours up to a day, or you will get 3 different emails and phone calls talking about getting on a setup call that you already had. This level of disorganization is why our business simply had to go elsewhere because in the shipping world disorganiztion leads to bottlenecks and chaos.
Charged for 8 months on the wrong plan — and refused a refund After my trial ended, Easyship placed me on a Premier subscription at £82.80/month without my knowledge. Their own email to me at the time stated my plan was Plus — not Premier. When I queried the charges, they acknowledged the email was an error on their part, but still refused to issue a refund, citing their T&Cs. We send around 20 parcels a month. There is no world in which we would have knowingly signed up to Premier. The miscommunication from their own team is the reason I didn't question the charges sooner, and they've admitted as much — yet won't take responsibility for it. I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank. I'd strongly advise anyone signing up to Easyship to check their billing carefully, as it appears plan upgrades can happen without clear consent.
Domestic UK shipping is ok - International shipments not ok. It told me my international shipments would use my iOSS number in the interface, but it didn't and all my customers had customs bills. This made them angry and wasted a lot of admin time/cash flow issuing refunds. Customer service via email was slow and useless, it took days to get a response, and the response wasn't helpful. If you want to speak to somebody on the phone you have to upgrade your plan which you shouldn't have to do. Why would you want to spend more money to fix a basic issue? I then had a sales person phone me to ask if I wanted to upgrade, I said no as I was having issues, he was like ok bye LOL. Anyway CBA with this anymore, business running is hard enough without tools making it harder. I've ended up using Royal Mail Click + Drop directly as it's more reliable. Constructive feedback - work on your customer service, if you'd have helped, I would have stayed.
I used Easyship for a long time and paid every invoice on time. After I decided to close my account, the nightmare started. Easyship kept sending additional charges and hidden fees, claiming that the carrier had re-measured my packages and found my dimensions were incorrect. However, I provided photos, measurements, and evidence proving that the dimensions I submitted were accurate and that the additional charges were unjustified. After submitting clear proof, I received little to no meaningful response. Instead, new adjustment invoices continued to appear week after week, making it impossible to know the true shipping cost of my orders. The low shipping rates advertised at the beginning may look attractive, but be prepared for unexpected charges months later. In my experience, Easyship failed to properly investigate disputed carrier adjustments and left me dealing with a growing pile of invoices without resolution. If you run a small business, be extremely cautious. What looks like affordable shipping today may become significantly more expensive later due to ongoing billing adjustments that are difficult to challenge. Very disappointing experience.
Horrible customer support!! Long response times and impossible to get help, EVEN if they screw up. Actively looking for other options!
If I could leave no stars, I would. I was advised I can only use a credit card or american express to use this platform, not my card I use for EVERYTHING to do with my business.
We wanted to update this review now that our insurance claim has finally been resolved as of February 2026. In September 2025, a high-value coffee table we shipped via EasyShip was delivered damaged. We submitted an insurance claim immediately. Unfortunately, over the following months, communication was extremely limited, progress was unclear, and we were repeatedly told that “multiple parties were involved” without being given any meaningful updates or evidence from the carrier. Despite numerous follow-ups, the claim remained unresolved for several months. We were eventually informed that compensation would not be paid, and only a partial goodwill refund was offered. At that stage, we had little option but to issue a formal Money Claim Online (MCOL) claim to recover our losses. Only after legal proceedings were started did EasyShip approve payment of the insured value. Even then, payment was initially issued as platform credit rather than funds, and multiple attempts to transfer the balance to our bank failed or were reversed, causing further delays. A formal settlement agreement was eventually required before the final balance was paid. While we did ultimately receive the insured value of the goods, we were left out of pocket for unrecovered legal and administrative costs. We were also previously offered incentives to amend or remove our review before the matter was resolved, which we found concerning. We appreciate that individual staff members did try to help towards the end of the process, and we are glad the claim was eventually settled. However, the lack of transparency, prolonged delays, and the need for legal action to achieve a basic insurance payout made this an extremely stressful and time-consuming experience. For businesses shipping high-value items, this is something to be aware of. We would strongly recommend carefully considering whether you are comfortable relying on EasyShip’s insurance and claims process.

Bas customer service. I used to love this app, changed the game for my canadian business shipping mostly to the US. I spent thousands of dollars in shipping labels in the past year but unfortunalty they expereienced some issues with their UPS account. From what I understand the account was blocked. I had a similar issue in the past with Shippo (another thirdparty) and they solved the issue in 1h. I reached out almost everyday to easyship's customer service and they keed telling me that they will escalate this (to whom idk). I can't use my account anymore and they won't help me solve this.

The information about this software is largely misleading. After purchasing a paid plan, you still need to create separate accounts with courier companies. The prices are higher than the actual carrier rates. They charge your account quickly, though you can later access the payment receipt from the billing section. The subscription cannot be canceled directly — it must be done through a support ticket. Overall, my experience with this software was not satisfactory.
If zero stars were possible, Easyship would earn it. U.S. customs changes are always announced months in advance, yet nothing is ever updated in the platform to handle USMCA compliance or prevent unjustified tariffs. As a result, our fully compliant Canadian products are charged duties anyway — forcing us to absorb part of the cost just to stay fair to our customers. When a single fulfillment team member couldn’t pass the in-app ID verification, the entire business account was disabled for 24–48 hours. That meant no shipping, no fulfillment — everything on hold. Customer “support” is another disaster. Every interaction ends with someone who can’t actually resolve issues, and when they do act, it’s without any understanding of how real businesses operate. One rep even “fixed” a carrier error by delaying our pickup three days without telling us — and called that a solution. Only thing they are good at is giving apologies... Run! Don’t get involved or subscribe to Easyship. There’s nothing “easy” about it — and it’s certainly not built for serious shippers or fulfillment-driven businesses.

Easyship is fine for small startups, but once you cross 100+ orders per day, it becomes slow, unreliable, and frustrating to manage. As order volume increases, the platform struggles badly. Almost every day there’s a new software issue—orders not syncing properly, automation rules failing, or random errors that force you to manually edit shipments one by one. That manual work easily eats up hours daily, which completely defeats the purpose of using a shipping automation tool. Their automation is unreliable at scale. Rules don’t apply consistently, and you constantly have to double-check and fix things manually. Chat support is always “available,” but that doesn’t mean effective. Most of the time, support agents don’t fully understand the technical issues. They usually say “we’ll refer this to our tech team”, and then you hear nothing for days, often with no real solution in the end.
Terrible company, do not use. Purchased one label, fine. Second label, blocked my payment 5 times, then took my money, then blocked my account, then asked me to verify my identity. Then the customer service rep said they wouldn’t unblock it unless I answered questions about my shipping volume and website, then they approved me when I asked to file a complaint. Useless. Beware. Update (April 2026): I've used easy ship small amount here and there for countries were there rates are okay, mostly their rates are terrible and the most expensive on the market. However now we have an issue with one of our shipments through easy ship with Fedex. Fedex will only speak to Easyship and Easyship hasn't replied to our messages, it's been two days so far. So now our customer is asking for updates, and we have nothing because all we can do is talk to a BOT.

Expensive shipping rates, not competitive.

Terrible service, I have used it for a while but there is ONE carrier they have keep giving me hard time for international orders. It had me lost at least 10 packages in the past. I stopped used it but forgot to cancel the subscription only 3 days over, they refused to refund me. I have lost way more than that with this shipping company. Dont recommended.
