Glass eMotions review for Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping
May 23, 2025
### Warning to Future Users: Proceed with Caution – Easyship Failed My Business **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)** If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m writing this review as a warning to other Shopify store owners who may be considering Easyship. My experience has been frustrating and costly—and I want to make sure others fully understand what they’re signing up for. **1. Nonexistent Technical Support** When I encountered issues with shipments, I received nothing but canned apologies and zero real help. There is no technical support when you actually need it. Reaching someone who can resolve issues in a timely manner is nearly impossible. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to support e-commerce businesses. **2. Unreliable Service = Disrupted Operations** Shipping is the backbone of any online store, and with Easyship, my operations were disrupted repeatedly. I had shipments pending with no clarity, and no one followed up to resolve the issues. For a service that markets itself as a logistics solution, this is a serious failure. **3. No Accountability or Action** I received plenty of apologies, but apologies don’t fix broken processes. I needed action, and it never came. My business cannot afford delays and miscommunication when it comes to order fulfillment. **4. Refund and Cancellation Issues** I’ve requested a full cancellation of my annual subscription and a refund—not just for the subscription, but also for the cancelled shipments that are still pending. I expect this to be processed without further delay. I’ve lost both time and money due to this platform. --- ### Final Word: I Do Not Recommend If you’re serious about your business and need a dependable shipping solution with actual support, **look elsewhere**. Easyship failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I’m not happy, and I’m sharing this review so other entrepreneurs don’t fall into the same trap. After my disappointing experience with Easyship, I’ve made the switch to NetParcel, a Canadian-based shipping platform. So far, installation has been seamless, and everything is based out of Shopify. No need to leave Shopify to create labels.
