My honest opinion. I used this app at first because it seems easier and more reliable. it was working fine with a few issues here and there. when you ship hazardous items it doesn't mention it on the label at all so you can have problems without realizing(Its my first time so I had no idea), and when you ship international using certain carriers it doesn't give you the full list of the things you need or that are okay. for example it doesn't tell you that FedEx needs you to buy their boxes only, that they will use the wrong label size and weight you had for your previous box and put it on the new one. result is you pay insane custom fees for the wrong label when you didn't do anything wrong :) beware. the support was decent. sometimes you get someone useful sometimes not. most of the time I sent emails and didn't get answers back. the only time they worked hard was to tell me to change my review if they fixed the issue which is why I'm writing this. Lauretta. S.Vaas helped me with my FedEx issue and refund therefore I'm giving this review 4 stars just because of her. for the general experience i would give 2 stars at best.
