Equilibrium Tuning, Inc. review for Easyship ‑ All in One Shipping

We had been using another developer's paid product for over a year, and it seemed to only trend worse over time. After several reports of abandoned carts due to shipping errors, I had to take action as that developer had poor communication skills (no responses to emails, unavailable when ringing phones). Enter Easyship. As the name implies, it really is! We have two warehouse locations in different countries, with different region-specific carrier rate accounts.
