Powerful shipping solution with excellent support ! Easyship has been a very useful solution for connecting our Shopify store with a more professional shipping setup. The platform gives access to different courier options, international shipping rates, DDP/DDU choices, shipping rules, product/package configuration, and tools that help manage orders more efficiently. At first, the setup felt quite technical because we needed to configure products, package sizes, shipping rules, courier options, tax and duty settings, and test shipments. Vivek from Easyship support was extremely helpful, patient and professional. He guided me through long setup steps, helped clarify DDP/DDU shipping, KYC verification, test shipment preparation, and followed up again afterwards to make sure the remaining questions were handled. That support made a big difference and helped us configure the store properly. Overall, Easyship is a powerful shipping app for Shopify merchants who need more control over domestic and international shipping.
