We formerly were using Stamps.com before making the transition to Easyship. They have truly built an easy to navigate interface and make it extremely simple to use, effective way for our warehouse team to ship hundreds of orders every day. We've been using them for over 2 years and love the 1 on 1 business relationship we've developed with our customer service managers to help us navigate any issues that develop as well as learn about new features coming to the platform. Our first CSM helped us establish the process of creating pick lists to help picking/packing become so much faster and efficient. We definitely recommend Easyship to all businesses looking to simple their mass batching and shipping processes. They truly live up to their name by making this an easy daily process for our warehouse staff.
