Never use this app they charge automatically extra money from ur account I'm used to that app and they charge me the extra amount I already uninstalled but they charge me. I also request Shopify for ask refund with them asap
Hi there! We're really sorry for the confusion. Our app is using Shopify Payments and we technically can't charge you after the app removal. We've checked and found out that new billing cycle started just several days before you removed the app, so the payment for the next Billing cycle was already added to your Shopify invoice at the moment the app was actually uninstalled. As you've used the app just several days in that billing cycle, we're happy to issue the refund and our support team already did that and we sent you confirmation and more details to your email. Diese App ist super. Hatte anfangs Probleme, weil die Videos nicht dargestellt wurden. Der Support war mega schnell und hat direkt geholfen. Jetzt werden die Videos angezeigt und das wertet meinen Shop direkt total auf. Perfekt! Ich kann diese App zu 100% empfehlen.

Perfect for embedding Youtube videos to the product page! Simple app to work with. Just click "Add media from URL" in the product image section. Embed the video URL. And the video(s) shows up along with the product image thumbnails.

EXACTLY what I was looking for. Its very annoying having a theme that doesn't support video in your product images, but this fixes it in a very few simple steps. Thank you!

This app worked perfectly from the start providing my videos functunality that they didn't have originally from shopify. Customer service even helped me tweak it to fit my vision for the site. They were quick to respond and efficient with their help. -Dave

This app worked perfectly for what we wanted as a brand. The embedded videos look clean, they are responsive and they reproduce automatically. It's the most easy app to use and they have the best client service. We wanted to make some size adjustment for the videos to be exactly the same size of our photos on desktop and mobile and they answered immediately and very professionally and modify the code for us.

I've been using Easy Video for a couple of years. It is highly valuable for my shop, as it allows me to better showcase the details of my works. Also, the supporting team is incredible: an issue at my end occurred, and they stood days helping me fining a solution. Love!

downloaded the app and all the images on my website stopped showing up. After deleting the app, the issue was still not fixed. Support was good in getting it fixed promptly.

This is a simple and intuitive app, works exactly as it says and meets my video needs perfectly. Their support is top notch. Fast turnaround. It didn't work completely right after the install. App support responded to my support even on a Sunday via email, and was able to get the issue fixed in a timely and effective manner. Thank you.

Easy Video has great customer support. They were there for me when my web developer was not. They helped me at all hours of the night. Now my videos are uploaded from Vimeo and are playing on my online store. Thank You Easy Video !!!
