Very helpful when we ran into an issue with syncing between Ebay and Shopify. Ronex was very friendly and was able to help me get right to the issue, get it resolved, and help ensure everything was updated properly before ending our chat. Very appreciative of the help!

Great app, great team. I had several problems with multiple other Ebay integration apps not performing as expected, resulting in overselling and mis-synchronised inventory. On first impressions, this app was instantly better. I noticed a few issues, and again some overselling (but this was nothing to do with this app). The team were very responsive on the live chat, and even called me to arrange a quick video call with their whole team so that we could resolve the overselling problem. They identified that this was due to an old app still connected to ebay which was causing issues, and after removing that three weeks ago, everything has worked perfectly.

Great app, worked well to sync my ebay stock in bulk to my Shopify store. Had to manually update a few details but core things like Vendor (Brand), title and description pulled through. Due to changing up my shop and only needing manual uploads I decided to cancel but got a bit confused by the renewal date being different to billing date and ended up paying before I could cancel. The team were very good at refunding me quickly for the confusion.
