eBay Integration ‑ DPL

We’re encountering several issues with the Shopify to eBay integration feature of this app. First, products from our Shopify store are not automatically syncing to eBay, and updates made to existing Shopify listings—such as changes to pricing, titles, or descriptions—are not consistently reflected on eBay. This creates significant discrepancies across platforms. Additionally, the platform lacks support for transferring Shopify metafields to eBay product specifics. This is a critical limitation, especially compared to other integration tools that do support detailed mapping of custom product attributes. As a result, our eBay listings are missing important product data that negatively impacts visibility and buyer confidence.

First time ised app seemed to cause inventory problem, 3 senior shooify staff members said delete it, we did, appeared to fix the problem. App serivce response over 3 days was slow in our opinion. We chose try it again. 2 days it seems to work, simplistic, only capture active not auction. Rewriting review because developer Nimbal has messages and emailed us like 6 times bugging us people might not like it, so plewse don't be worried Shooify had is delete it the first time.

Everything works perfectly well. However, they are missing a large business function! The returns do not sync. We had loads of eBay buyers not being refunded as we had been refunding through Shopify and the integration did not transfer this across. Not happy. This is a large business function completely missed.
