I uninstalled this app yet was still charged and am being ignored by the support team - I want a response and a refund ASAP!!

このアプリでebayとshopifyを同期させる上で、ebayのリスティングを一度全て削除しなければいけません。ebay側でSoldを積んできたリスティングも削除する必要があり、これは完全にアプリ上の欠陥です。同じ機能を持つアプリであれば、QuickSyncの方が明らかに良いです。大変残念なアプリで、一度も活躍できず、40ドルを失いました。 To sync eBay and Shopify with this app, you must first delete all eBay listings. This includes listings marked as Sold on eBay, which is a complete flaw in the app. For the same functionality, QuickSync is clearly superior. This app is extremely disappointing—it never worked properly, and I lost $40.
This review contains incorrect information. Our app does not require deleting eBay listings, including Sold listings, to sync with Shopify. This has never been part of the app’s functionality or setup process. We reached out by email to clarify this but did not receive a response. The app can sync existing eBay listings without removal, and our support team is available to help ensure a correct setup.

Account suspended first I initiated listing. All legal data provided all policies followed, I wasn`t even provided with a reason for suspension.

I've edited my review to one star. Only after using the app for five months did we figure out our inventory updates we make on eBay do not sync to our Shopify store. Nowhere in the documentation for DPL's integrator can you find this, this was only discovered by contacting customer support at DPL. I'm FURIOUS this was not disclosed. There are two way apps with high ratings that are 1/3 the cost. I cannot stress this enough: IF YOU PRIMARILY DO UPDATES ON EBAY DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

DPL was working great until I wanted to list both auto and non auto products on ebay. I contacted support and they told me that the only way to do this was to switch stores/regions and that nothing would be lost. Well, that was not the case. I lost the 30+ product profiles I had built so to switch back and forth, you must redo them every time. I am going back to CEDCommerce.

Not great for me - This product will import all products from shopify including archived products and products not live on the website making it really hard to use. There is a chat support feature but no-one is there to speak to you so all in all not a great service for me.

I think like many other apps they failed in providing a simple solution of JUST sync price x quantity for products matching SKUs. The only way the system working is either by import from Ebay to Shopify or export from Shopify to Ebay, on both solutions you open your store products to be manipulated by them, what is terrible risk if you synchronize several marketplaces. I also dislike the permissions, I think request to much access.
Hello Ana, While we embrace feedback I don’t think it’s fair to place a 1 star review on our app while you haven’t used it but inquired about your use case after installation which is not advertised as one of its functions. Our app only asks for permissions needed for the app to function. I see you have added 8 similar 1 star reviews on other connector apps with the same concerns. I think it would be better to realise connector apps need these to function as advertised and if that’s unacceptable for you keep the process manual.
