Great app, worked well to sync my ebay stock in bulk to my Shopify store. Had to manually update a few details but core things like Vendor (Brand), title and description pulled through. Due to changing up my shop and only needing manual uploads I decided to cancel but got a bit confused by the renewal date being different to billing date and ended up paying before I could cancel. The team were very good at refunding me quickly for the confusion.

I spoke with Kusam with regards to my store set up and she was amazing. Very easy to set up and gave great advice moving forward and insight into my business. Highly recommend this app for the support.

Ronex was very helpful and even called me to walk me through my issue. They were extremely patient and resolved my problem quickly. I’ve been using their app for a long time and it’s excellent. Their customer support is outstanding and always ready to help.
