I am new to adding eBay to my Shopify store and had some issues uploading some products. Kusum was very helpful, and gentle with my naivity and lack of know how. She was most helpfull and understanding and guiged me through fixing the issue. Thank you Kusum

I am currently evaluating the app, and it seems to be meeting my needs, and potentially exceeding them. While I have some pricing concerns, if it continues to perform as it has been, it will likely be worth the investment. The app is very user-friendly and functions flawlessly. Most importantly, the support is incredibly responsive and helpful. Kusum and the team have been very friendly and patient. Their support is unmatched; they quickly address any issues, which is likely the deciding factor in my decision to move forward.

Das Tool hat sofort sehr gut geklappt. Insbesondere der Service bei Fragen war grandios. Ich schreibe normalerweise kaum Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall wurden meine Fragen in Form eines Chats sofort und kompetent beantwortet, dass ich null Probleme hatte dieses Tool anzuwenden.
