Great Integration Tool! The eBay Integration by DPL has made listing and managing products so much easier. Syncing inventory and orders is seamless, and the user interface is intuitive. We have had a few errors with our profiles and the team have been amazing support! its hard to find apps where you can schedule a call there an then now a days... ive had a few calls with the team and they have helped me solve the issues with their guidance!

Just got off the phone with their support and it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered and our issue is being resolved. It was a huge concern for us and I am very happy they are taking the time to fix our issue on hundreds, if not thousands of images went missing in Shopify and the person I spoke with was able to easily come up with a sloution.

DPL was working great until I wanted to list both auto and non auto products on ebay. I contacted support and they told me that the only way to do this was to switch stores/regions and that nothing would be lost. Well, that was not the case. I lost the 30+ product profiles I had built so to switch back and forth, you must redo them every time. I am going back to CEDCommerce.

Pratik and Hem helped a lot and extended free trial. The program itself is good at transfering your listings from Ebay to Shopify fully automatically. I did not get to checking order sync yet. Support is very kind and helpful.

Very easy to set up, Had a few question which DPL have answered very promptly. App working well, have used a few eBay integration apps, so far this is the best we have used. The fact it syncs both ways and syncs all products ( as long as the SKU is the same on eBay and Shopify make it sol simple

The greatest Ebay exporter I found. I tried almost all available apps, this one is the best and the easiest... Thanks to the developer. Hoping for new feature like adding additional store in one account..
