Just got off the phone with their support and it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered and our issue is being resolved. It was a huge concern for us and I am very happy they are taking the time to fix our issue on hundreds, if not thousands of images went missing in Shopify and the person I spoke with was able to easily come up with a sloution.

So far I'm having an amazing experience. It's easy to use, syncs at near realtime, and customer support was helpful. Thanks!
