"Hem provided a fantastic onboarding experience, making the process incredibly smooth. The app's ability to efficiently import items and synchronize sales across platforms is impressive. I had a previous issue where eBay template imports resulted in misaligned pages. However, Nirmal from the DPL team contacted me today, February 26, 2025, and confirmed the fix. Habe die App neu installiert und mir wurde bei den anfänglichen Problemen vom Support sofort kompetent und schnell geholfen. Problem gelöst und ich bin happy. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Und die App selbst, mit der Integration von Ebay in Shopify ist topp :) Alles total übersichtlich, gut strukturiert und schnell zu verstehen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Thanks to Nimral we were able to upload from shopify to ebay , he gave us simply and easy to follow instructions to follow that worked.

Fantastic app, quick to upload and you can upload a few at a time which helps you do what you want with the listings without getting swamped. Great in-app chat service as well with fast answers to all your questions.

So far so good! We have been receiving great help and service via chat, which is a major plus as we have 4000+ listings. Looking forward to leaving a more thorough review once we have been using it for a least a full month.

This app works as advertised, it takes a minute to figure out how to up load the right number of items with variations because of the way variations are counted in the ecom space, but it's not that hard. If you want to sell on eBay as well, this app makes listing a snap! If you don't get that reference, ask your grandpa.

I like this app a lot. I was able to easily import all my listings from eBay to my Shopify. I made a sale on my 2nd day using it. Keep in mind about creating shipping labels. I offer free shipping using the "eBay standard envelopes" for my stickers. When I make a sale, I buy the label on eBay, and it still reflects on your Shopify. The Shopify shipping settings don't offer cheap letter labels with tracking. If anyone was curious about this, I figured I'd mention it in my review. Also, all your titles, descriptions, and pictures will carry over perfectly. Hope this helps someone!

Simple installation and set up. The app has a very intuitive interface and walks you through setting up not only your listings, but your store policies as well. The support team is also very helpful and responsive.
