We've been using the app for a few months and it fulfils our key needs, most notable is the synchronisation of orders and tracking info between eBay and Shopify. As we scale, this is going to be an exceptional amount of time saved. Hem has been great help when we've had issues configuring profiles.

It works very well. There are some options they need to add but overall it makes it easy to list on ebay. Romex provided me with excellent support on 1/13/2026

Account suspended first I initiated listing. All legal data provided all policies followed, I wasn`t even provided with a reason for suspension.
hi there, We're very sorry to hear your account with eBay is suspended. Unfortunately we're integrating with eBay and are not eBay ourselves so we don't have any additional information as of why the products violated eBay's policy.

Just installed the app. Was able to immediately speak with Shreya and was able to get the app synced to my existing eBay and Shopify stores. This app is going to save me so much time and hassle with independently operating 2 accounts. Now everything is synced into one. Thank you to DPL for this and the awesome customer support!

Die Einrichtung ist etwas kompliziert. Aber der Support hilft sehr gut. Wie sie langfristig läuft, kann ich noch nicht beurteilen.
