Thanks so much for the support in getting my small shop moved to Ebay. I'm leaving the Etsy platform because there were no help. They would not even chat or let me call them. Surya popped right up and offered to help me without me even asking. He checked back several times as I sent questions to give me direction. I'm happy for this and thankful. The sync was good, however making the policies was very confusing and hard to understand.

Tricky navigating words for first time sellers and knowing what things mean but once all boxes ticked the integration process to ebay was easy. Quick customer service also.

I had a previous issue where eBay template imports resulted in misaligned pages. However, Nirmal from the DPL team contacted me today, February 26, 2025, and confirmed the fix. Habe die App neu installiert und mir wurde bei den anfänglichen Problemen vom Support sofort kompetent und schnell geholfen. Problem gelöst und ich bin happy. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Und die App selbst, mit der Integration von Ebay in Shopify ist topp :) Alles total übersichtlich, gut strukturiert und schnell zu verstehen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Thanks to Nimral we were able to upload from shopify to ebay , he gave us simply and easy to follow instructions to follow that worked.

Only been using it for an hour and already the hel pI have received has been incredible. Listed my first 5 integrated products to ebay so yes so far so great !
