Does exactly what I was looking for. Instantly sync stock of ebay to shopify store, and even automatically links new ebay item's to shopify items with matching sku with no input from us. Love it.

Since Shopify pulled the plug on ebay intergration the first app I tried was useless, wasn't syncing properly 3 months later if at all. I have been using this app now for a few days and was realtively simple to set up the intergration - I did have a little grief getting the 15 existing listings to sync so decided just to end those on ebay starting a clean slate putting the products from shopify to ebay. So far so good, orders come through quickly. The only thing I know they are looking at is VAT sync, for me I sell both 20% and Zero rated and I do sell internationally so i did have to edit the vat rate in ebay after the upload - easy to do in bulk editor but I have been told its in hand. Overall a great app and great chat support

Excellent product and spot on assistance if and when needed. This product is a life saver for us. This program and the developer have been a real-life saver to work with. Highly recommend.

Not great for me - This product will import all products from shopify including archived products and products not live on the website making it really hard to use. There is a chat support feature but no-one is there to speak to you so all in all not a great service for me.

I've just installed this app and already had a very helpful google meet chat to talk me through how it works and jumped on the chat to sort out another query. Quick and helpful responses. So far so good!

I think like many other apps they failed in providing a simple solution of JUST sync price x quantity for products matching SKUs. The only way the system working is either by import from Ebay to Shopify or export from Shopify to Ebay, on both solutions you open your store products to be manipulated by them, what is terrible risk if you synchronize several marketplaces. I also dislike the permissions, I think request to much access.
Hello Ana, While we embrace feedback I don’t think it’s fair to place a 1 star review on our app while you haven’t used it but inquired about your use case after installation which is not advertised as one of its functions. Our app only asks for permissions needed for the app to function. I see you have added 8 similar 1 star reviews on other connector apps with the same concerns. I think it would be better to realise connector apps need these to function as advertised and if that’s unacceptable for you keep the process manual.

Pratik K (Customer Support) is one of the best customer support agents I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this app. It is very good for syncing between marketplaces. I personally use both their Ebay and Etsy Integration app and it preforms wonders allowing me to list on multiple marketplaces at once.

This app works very well for it's intended purpose. It transferred 6000 unique listings from my Shopify store to eBay quickly into the correct categories. It has just enough features to make it useful, but not so many to become confusing. I've used many similar programs for various platforms and this one performed just as well or better. One thing to watch out for is to make sure your collections are set up properly before you start setting up everything in the app. If you accidentally save the collection with a wrong setting to where it puts all your 8500 item inventory in one collection it will start uploading your entire inventory into the ebay category you selected for a specific collection. This was an error I made multiple times, but it was my error. The app works great, intantly ends an item on Ebay/Shopify when sold on the other platform which is one of the most important features an app like this can have.

Erstmal auf deutsch. Ich arbeite mit der App jetzt seit 2 Wochen, davor hatte ich 1 Jahr lang CedCommerce genutzt. Diese App ist einfach um Welten besser! Sie ist nicht nur Benutzerfreundlicher, man hat auch die Optionen ganz einfach Produkte von Shopify in den eBay Shop zu laden was bei CedCommerce nie funktioniert hat. Es gibt zwar noch einige Punkte die man verbessern könnten aber alles in allem ist die App bisher super und erleichtert mir meine Arbeit sehr. Ich würde die App jedem empfehlen der sein Shopify Shop mit eBay verbinden möchte. I've been working with the app for 2 weeks now, before that I used CedCommerce for a year. This app is simply worlds better! Not only is it more user-friendly, you also have the options to easily load products from Shopify into the eBay shop, which never worked with CedCommerce. There are still a few points that could be improved, but all in all the app is great so far and makes my work a lot easier. I would recommend the app to anyone who wants to connect their Shopify shop to eBay.

This is relatively easy to set up, and certainly easy, and surprisingly fast to use. The online Chat support, as long as during their business hours, has been excellent. And, the price is unbeatable. I have tried many different Ebay programs and thus far I'd rank this at the top. There are some addtional features that I'm told are being worked on, so I look forward to that.
