I've just gotten started and used the trial and have been pleasantly surprised with how easy and completely the trial limit products were uploaded. I am moving forward with the app and will update this review again!

Kusum was extremely helpful to me by understanding integration of shopify and ebay. I was not aware that my shopify was not connected to ebay and I was getting new orders.

wonderful support, i got incredible support, i am on trial at the moment and i reached few times to the support team and there were really helpful, and solved my problems with ease. AMAZING

The app makes it easy to sell on both ebay and shopify, the customer support is awesome. They get on the phone and help you out.

The integration of Shopify to eBay is a very complex issue as the systems don't always have a 1:1 mapping of fields, terms, prices etc. the DPL app covers 99% of the issues I would consider in this regard, with a solution often alreayd in place. Because of the complex nature of the integration from one platform to another, it isn't always obvious what setting to use or how to get the app to work as intended, but the customer support chat is very helpful and responsive and has always helped me out.
