I previously used a different app to integrate my shop with Ebay and encountered many issues with no explanation or support. It has been the easiest app to set up and link through eBay and the customer support is the best and most friendly I've ever received. There's many different things you can do on this app that couldn't be done on others and I'm very happy I switched over!
