Their team spent a tremendous amount of time and effort helping me get everything working properly, and they stayed with me until we had a successful outcome. A very special thank you to Pendy, who was absolutely remarkable. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It is rare to find this level of customer service and dedication. I truly appreciate everything Pendy and the CED Commerce team did for me. I am using several CED Apps for Amazon, ebay and etsy. Everything is running stable and good and the support of the ebay team is always willing and good supporting if there are any problems.

Working well so far. A few set up issues but pretty easy to work out and support are helpful and quick

I'm new to CED and the experience has been tricky but rewarding at the same time. I am learning as I go and knowing I can get live online support is a real game changer. The CED Team is quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend to others who are on the same or similar journey.

The app did not work as expected as it left out the descriptions for over 900 products. I uninstalled the app and contacted the developer for a credit as I had not been charged. Was only interested in fixing it, when it was clear it didnt work as expected. Now he wont give the credit. Shopify CANNOT give the credit only the developer can! Developer closed the ticket without providing the credit! ebay-ced ($.19.00) is showing as pending on my upcoming bill, even although its been cancelled. They have not issued the credit, they dont know how to!

Moving from inkFrog to CedCommerce for our eBay operations has proven to be the smoothest setup process we have gone through so far. Rishu remarkably well versed and supportive whenever an issue arises, even when my questions might have sounded a bit silly.A wholehearted recommendation.

This app works seamlessly between my Shopify site and eBay. I had a few initial issues understanding how it works, but the support service was very responsive and resolved them very quickly.

Ced for ebay has been great and runs flawlessly. The experience is fantastic and makes selling on ebay from shopify super smoothly. The customer support is top notch and takes care of our every needs, fast! I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to sell on ebay with inventory on shopify

App lists items that have been sold out causing oversells. App also doesn't have the right quantity for items causing oversells. App doesn't update price if a price changes when restocking items causing items to be sold at the lower original price. Support does not resolve any issues that denies that these problems exist.
