I've recently started using CedCommerce and ran into a few issues, the team were were available within a few minutes and fixed up the problem straight away, as well as walking me through the process. I'm really enjoying the app as the help is always on hand if and when I need it.

Only works with products that have SKUs. If you make and sell your own products this app won’t work. I wasn’t able to verify that it does anything because of that limitation.

When i started to use the app, i got stuck on few things. Then i reached out for the help and the response was really quick. The team member are always ready to help. I had some issues in understanding the ebay integration. However, Neha made me understand the process very patiently and made me learn new things as well. Thank you for the wonderful support.

Most of the time, this just runs in the background, and we never need to think about it, perfect. If ever I need assistance, there is always someone on the other end of the live chat, and they always resolve my issues quickly.

excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.

Among all the other app for eBay integration we found this app a better option. It takes time to understand how it works. There are some do’s and don’t but overall it is doing what we wanted it to do. It is a good app. Excellent customer service.

It's a great app. However, it's not user friendly for first time users. But, the chat support is always available and they are doing a great job assisting us on how to navigate the app. Great job!

I worked with Vishal to get my first Shopify profile setup, as well as for importing my first category of product into my eBay store from Shopify. I had no idea what I was doing but Vishal took me step by step through the process and I quickly saw my listings appear on eBay! Thank you so much!

Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands. Such a great platform for shopify users, in which it makes using multiple platforms through Shopify seamless and automated. Customer service is top tier and they are there whenever you have a problem. Couldn't recommend them enough especially for the great value for money and unmatched help from customer service team.
