24/7 live support, very fast integration real-time or near real-time, easy configuration, and fast onboarding, and go live in less than 2 hours. What else can you ask for? I have been using CedCommerce for my Walmart account and my great experience with CedCommerce for Walmart made me take the best decision for my business to migrate my eBay to CedCommerce. Highly recommended for any size of business.

Had some issues with my product inventory being synched properly with my Shopify store, but the help chats are very good, as long as you're up late in the US (when it's working hours overseas.)

Overall I had been happy with the intergration. Customer service was fast and helpful. However they have tripled their price in 12 months with no warning, which no longer makes this a viable option.

Horribly designed app that is unnecessarily complicated. Nothing ever stays working. It's a constant cycle of fixing something, it works for a week then doesn't again. Items sync inventory sometimes, but not consistently. Always overselling items. The profile system for the items is ridiculous and time consuming. No way to edit ebay expected fields in app. Constantly not finding profiles for products. This is definitely the worst, most time consuming app for ebay integration. They also bait and switched everyone. Used to have a free plan with 50 product uploads and 10 orders per month. Then they changed it so it's 50 products and 10 orders for a lifetime, after that you have to pay their ridiculous pricing to keep using.

Everytime I have an issue, which isn't that often. They are very helpful and don't judge if I did something wrong. Fast and always courteous, will be doing business with them for years to come.

Fantasic customer service during my intial setup of the applicaiton got it up and running in no time! Sometimes you don't expect much from online chat, but this far exceeded my expecations and I had a super friendly agent who stepped me through everything. Within 15 minutes I was all fixed!

As someone taking over this integration from the person who left the company, I had no idea what I was doing, but the customer chat has been so helpful in helping me when I have questions I can't find the answer to. They answer very quickly and help me change the settings, or help me understand how things work.

Runs smoothly in the background and love the chat function. Just added some new products and had problem uploading them and it is super easy to work with their chat support that helps and explains everything needed and has me up and running with the new products in no time.
