The eBay Integration app definitely provides the two-way inventory syncing between Shopify Store & the eBay marketplace. The app follows the below-mentioned process- Whenever inventory gets updated to Shopify Store, the app syncs and updates it on eBay marketplace. In the same way, if an order is placed on eBay marketplace, the app fetches that order, creates it on your Shopify store. At the same time, the inventory gets updated for that product(s) on your Shopify Store. The inventory syncing takes 10-15 minutes only and not 10-15 days, hereby clearing the air of confusion. It works! It took a moment to get used to and figure out, such as using templates, but that's designed to create efficiency with bulk uploading. Customer support was prompt and able to work through an inventory issue... there has to be a quantity when uploading to eBay, then the app keeps that quantity updated even after sales supposedly. Cool!

I installed this App because I wanted to have my Shopify connect to EBay. Downloading was easy and the app user friendly. However, I came to a point where I could not upload my 250+ items due to multiple errors in my setup. I contacted support and Rishu was great at not only quickly solving my problems, but also explaining, so that I could learn. I feel confident that if i have an issue in the future it will also be fixed. Thanks Rishu!

Horrible app and support. Extremely convoluted with the way everything is set up. Does not fulfill items in Shopify if you happen to use Pirate Ship or eBay to complete the shipping. You have to set up templates for each and every category and it does not have every category if you sell specific items
