Great app for listing on eBay. Fast response and solutions to questions. Cant do without the app.

I'm not Happy with this product. I originally had the eBay supported version of this app and it worked great. When ebay stopped that App I started using this one. When I first looked at it it appeared like everything had connected as was working well. But then listing quantities wouldn't sync but some would. Some eBay sales would come through and others wouldn't The support team have been good but the App doesn't work as it should. It tells you that everything is fine but then doesn't sync product details, sales, quantities etc. I have found that to get it to work correctly. I need to delete an eBay listing completely and then upload it with the App. Its a long winded exercise and sometimes I have had to do it a few times and get Tech Support involved. But then occasionally sales don't Sync with shopify. The developer still has a lot of work to do, but from what I can see this is the best option for eBay integrations which is disappointing. If you want to use this App, don't do what I did and expect it to detect all your eBay listings and sync from them. Be prepared to delete and relist all your items. But also be diligent and check ebay sales as if there is a sync error there is no way of telling on Shopify or ebay. You need to keep checking the App. I hope the App Developer will take these suggestions on board and make it more reliable.

Currently using Marketplace Connect and having various issues with bulk uploads and photos not syncing. Looking for CedCommerce to solve this issue

CED is a far superior application to any of it's competitors. On other apps we had issues that were not resolved in 24hrs. CED's Support team resolved these within the first hour of raising them. The layout and functionality is super easy to use for anyone with basic Shopify experience. The sync and integration is seamless and effective backed up by an exceptional support team.

I was having an issue with listing one of my products and within 30 minutes not only was it listed, but all the background connections and table connections were corrected as well. If you ever hit a wall, great place to go

It has all the functions I needed to sync my shopify store to ebay with adjustments to suit ebay. I could set a different price for ebay to allow for the larger fees also which was the main point of trying this product. The support from the team is outstanding. I work all around the clock and they are always prompt to reply.

Tested how easy it would be to use the app to sync products to eBay. It works pretty seamlessly! Ran into a snag but the support is fast and was able to get my listing up on eBay quickly. Will most likely use for all products and go beyond the 50 free plan limit.

Love the customer service that comes along with the CedCommerce apps. I use Etsy, Google, and now eBay, and they are very helpful whenever I have questions to answer the questions and usually fix the problem for me right there. Neha and Rishu helped me today and both were fantastic!

Excellent customer service for getting it set up, and little adjustments along the way. Works seamlessly with Shopify for order processing and stock management. Highly recommend!

All customer service requests in chat are responded to within minutes and the issues are always resolved. The app works as expected and imports the orders without any issues. The customer service team is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this app.
