I just started using CedCommerce App today and so far I'm very pleased with the App and their customer service. I signed up and started posting my articles. I thought I had done well but instead I had made mistakes. I was contacted directly by assistance, who realizing that as many as 17 of my 19 items had description errors which affected their loading, wrote to me and showed me via whatsapp how to solve them step by step. What can I say .... fantastic! A thousand thanks! perfect app. Now all my products are also visible and purchasable on Ebay and I've figured out what not to do when I add other new items.

The first steps to make the integration work imply making sure you have the right information on both Shopify and eBay, and that may be a time-consuming task, but it's worth it. So far, so good! I have a decent sized store (~5000 listings) and our previous integration solution broke and left us with no ability to ship out orders. Rishu was extremely helpful in getting our Shopify listings imported and linked to the existing eBay listings. Excellent customer service, he walked me thru every process and was able to solve every question I had. Much better experience than Codisto customer service.

The truth is that the application is a damn pain, it is slow and complicated to configure and assistance in the online chat are also very slow and I have hours waiting to solve things, I have more than 24 hours of work in several days with this and I still have not managed to leave it running, also assistance in Spanish only have it in the online chat and the interface is only in English. For the moment I can only put one star and it seems too much considering that all the comings and goings of bad synchronized products are costing me money of publication on ebay. also in the free version which in reality is not a free version, but it is only a few credits that are not updated per month, so as soon as there are 10 sales on ebay and you have to move to a paid plan.

I'm pretty impressed so far, Yes it takes a bit of work getting everything up and running and bit of patience, But once you've sussed it out' It is very easy to use. I used channel grabber years ago and that was good, but with just starting up again and building from own website first this time i'm looking forward to concentrating on getting the sales in now. Would highly recommend cedcommerce.
