Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands. From its capabilities, ease of use, fair pricing, to its excellent support team, it blows other apps out of the water effortlessly. I have evaluated many integrations, and here is what we liked the most about CedCommerce's eBay Integration app over all the others: 1. Let's Talk Support This is often overlooked with other apps, but incredibly important. As a business, we expect the same level of service from our vendors that we offer to our customers. We are customers ourselves after all. CedCommerce has support like none other I've ever seen. They personally reach out to you to ensure you have everything running smoothly. Not because of a sale or greed, but because they actually care. They're available around the clock and are always eager to assist with a professional and friendly attitude. When they are unsure about an answer, they do their due diligence to find one or speak with someone on their team who can. That being said, their follow up is also top notch. I can't tell you how many times we've reached out to other apps for support, were promised someone would get back to us, and we just got a closed ticket. With CedCommerce, that never happens. They are responsive and actually helpful. 2, Let's talk about the product itself. The interface is phenomenal. Gone are those clunky, outdated, glitchy, buggy, slow-loading interfaces where everything is a hassle or hard to understand. You won't have this problem with any CedCommerce app, including eBay. As a new retailer, we are not up-to-speed on all the technical jargon and API capabilities. Every setting in the CedCommerce eBay Integration app is explained in a concise, easy-to-understand manner right on the dashboard, and they have in-app support. 3. Ease of Use This makes the app incredibly easy to use. When we tried other products, it was so complicated to add products to eBay, which is the only reason this app exists. In other apps, we kept getting errors - despite following instructions exactly, with no clear explanation of what was going on. You can also manage your eBay shop store front category in the CedCommerce eBay Integration app. It would take me hours to list of all their features... you'd just have to try it yourself. 5. Lastly, pricing. This is the least important for us, but still important. You won't be profitable as a business if you don't keep a watchful eye on your bottom line and are spending money just because you can. Compared to the other apps that we tried, the pricing in the CedCommerce eBay Integration app was the most fair. Especially considering that we will be using other apps by CedCommerce and other devs, and as you all know, those subscriptions add up quickly. CedCommerce offers more than any other app at a fraction of the price, and in this case, you truly get more than what you pay for. They also have flexible pricing and fairly priced add-ons. Final Thoughts It took less than a few hours for us to decide that the CedCommerce platform is the best for us, and the CedCommerce eBay Integration app was the right choice for our Shopify x eBay business. I have a decent sized store (~5000 listings) and our previous integration solution broke and left us with no ability to ship out orders. Rishu was extremely helpful in getting our Shopify listings imported and linked to the existing eBay listings. Excellent customer service, he walked me thru every process and was able to solve every question I had. Much better experience than Codisto customer service.
