I installed this App because I wanted to have my Shopify connect to EBay. Downloading was easy and the app user friendly. However, I came to a point where I could not upload my 250+ items due to multiple errors in my setup. I contacted support and Rishu was great at not only quickly solving my problems, but also explaining, so that I could learn. I feel confident that if i have an issue in the future it will also be fixed. Thanks Rishu!

Horrible app and support. Extremely convoluted with the way everything is set up. Does not fulfill items in Shopify if you happen to use Pirate Ship or eBay to complete the shipping. You have to set up templates for each and every category and it does not have every category if you sell specific items

I recently started using the Cedcommerce eBay Integration App and it has greatly simplified my selling experience on eBay. This app is a dream come true. I was so stressed about trying to figure out how to sync my ebay stock with my shopify stock but this app makes it a breeze. It's a bit to set up at first due to Ebay's requirements, but once set up it works perfectly. And their customer service team are always there to help with any questions. They made it so easy for me to figure out by helping me along the way. I highly recommend this app if you need to sync stock across platforms :)

This is a great eBay app with great support. While it can be a bit complicated to first understand and use, once you get the hang of it it's very powerful. And again, the support that they offer is top notch. The team are always available in the live chat and are able to guide you through any issues. Highly recommended!

Just starting out and I ran into problems figuring out the app. However, the customer service chat is outstanding. They looked at my account and walked me through how to properly set up my first one and then it was easy. Yes, it is a little labor intensive to start out, especially with all the "eBay" fill-ins. However, once you set them up on this app it takes so much less time to list and sell. At this point, I would say it is a success... Now for SALES! Again, if you have any issues...they seem to always be in chat! Special thanks to Shoaib & Neha whom answered all of my questions and fixed a problem I created to get it so I could upload my products.

Once setup, this app makes integrating your products between shopify and ebay much easier. It saves so much times to have one place to change your products as needed. The support is also top notch, quick to answer and helps teach you how to use the app or will just set it up for you. I chose the teaching method so I will know how to do it myself in the future.
