I previously used a different system to manage eBay products however it was cumbersome and quite often had issues. Since building a Shopify storefront recently, I thought it would be wise to use the product data I'd been working on and push it to eBay from one system. This app has allowed me to do that and so far I can say that it is working very well. I had many questions while getting the app ready for use so that I wouldn't lose any data from eBay and had to spend a bit of time setting up the app to future proof it for my use. Not everything seemed logical at the start but the support team have always promptly assisted me in all my requests. I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with this company and would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting a single platform to sync Shopify to eBay. Thank you so much Team!

I switched from the free Ebay app to this one, but needed help in doing so. They provided excellent customer support. I had several questions before and they walked me through every one of them. I expect nothing less from this company, as I also use their Etsy app.

We recently integrated our eBay account with Shopify via the app and while we had a ton of questions in the beginning, the friendly and knowledgeable help staff made it possible for us to power through and get our listings squared away.

I cancelled my yearly subscription with the majority of months left and have yet to receive a refund. My advice is do not opt for the yearly subscription.
