The task of good synchronization between our ebay store and our website is complicated and can be tedious. We tested and researched our options and decided to move foward with CED. There has been a learning curve for us but we fortunately have past experience with a synchronization app. The CED team members are most helpful. If there is a feature that does not work for us, their developers try to change things to accommodate us. They seem to be open to suggestions for enhancements. The app is designed to work fast and efficiently after a setup process that involves profiles, templates, etc. At first, the setup process can be intimidating. Once completed, it works well. We sincerely appreciate the CED team's patience, flexibility and efforts to make their app work for our online stores.

Excellent customer support. i have many things i m not sure about but the customer support team was very quick. sooooo quick! to respond and very quick to fix the issue. it really save my life!(⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠) The app itself is easy to learn. Highly recommend!

Read the other 1 star reviews. You will be glad you did cause you will end up in the same boat. Orders disappear, they never show up in your Shopify, the orders fail to load. This is not an app that appears to do what is on the box. Good luck, I'm trying something else. A shame Shopify actually recommended this app in their emails too.

the customer service and support team is astounding. absolutely phenomenal. the software can be tricky to a rookie like myself, but the team where there to help me step by step. I am only using the fre version currently, but when I need to upgrade I will not hesitate to give these guys my money. fantastic product and fantastic support. big up Harshit Rai! legend.

Overall, pretty good app. I give it 4 stars because there is quite a bit of a learning curve to the app and the setup information/FAQ lacks a lot of detail on how things actually work. The inventory sync feature has yet to work for me but hopefully, that issue will be fixed soon as I have been working with support to correct this problem. Other than that, this is a very good app as a replacement for the eBay app that we lost at the end of 2022. Reasonable rates and features are good.

Excellent customer support. Really top notch. There was a couple minor technical glitches during initial set-up, but the customer support team was very quick to respond and very quick to fix the issue. The app itself is easy to learn. Within 30 minutes or so you'll understand the different components and how they fit together. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, immediately help me to figure out the error and help me to create a new shipping profile on eBay, and help to upload and integrate my Shopify store to my eBay store, As the original eBay app will no longer be available it is the best option now!

We had previously relied on the eBay app (which was retired on December 31, 2022) to manage sales from our Shopify store to the eBay channel. After January 1, we chose this app by CED Commerce, and although it has taken some trial and error to figure out, it is now exceeding our expectations. The support team has been exceptional.

I started working with the app on Thursday and I had to reach out for help on one topic. The quick chat for support got me a person quickly. They resolved a simple issue and I was able to set up my first listing. I added 10 more to just see how everything worked. I got my first sale on Friday and had an issue due to me not having any inventory on one variant in my Shopify store. Again, the support chat quickly advised on what the problem was and helped fix it quickly. I have to give it 5 stars for integrating nicely and for the great support.
