The most outstanding customer service i got with any app downloaded on shopify store till now! Video call initiated to give a thorough explanation of how to use. All questions answered timely and politely. Went beyond expectations. Found the app's features great for what i needed and products synced well to ebay. Still need to test it on the long run with orders coming through that channel. Tx guys!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD!..THIS APP SUCKS THIS BAD!!! And the people constantly call you all day long for what reason i dont even know! dont even give your number! I have tried countless times tin integrate this system to ebay and all i got was ERROR>>>ERROR>>>>>>ERROR>>>>>ERROR! its like playing WHACKAMOLE and im not an IT and dont have time for this BULLSHIT! So i told theses guys their IT should be taken in the back ans SHOT for producing such shitty crappy software i have ever seen! GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER ADDS THIS SHIT TO THEIR SHOPIFY!

This app makes it so much easier to process eBay order and have all details in one spot. I had an issue with syncing one of my orders and the customer service person fixed the issue within minutes and told me what to do if it happens again. I’m so impressed with the service and the app.
