Great service, great product. Makes managing my inventory and listings very easy.

Although CedCommerce eBay Integration customer service seemed really helpful, as soon as they fixed a problem we were having, they asked me to leave a review and stayed on the shared screen until they had seen me write it! After this we have had nothing but trouble with the app, the inventory is continuously incorrect causing sales on things we don't have, and then the final straw yesterday, when it happen again, they claimed it was my fault as I had listed items directly on eBay, when we have use their app for everything.

First day installed, and so far looks fairly easy to use. Very prompt support response and tutorial call with Rishu, didn't have to schedule for a week away! He was helpful and guided me through the system easily. So far all good. Will update with some experience under my belt..

Je suis encore en phase de découverte de l’application CedCommerce eBay Integration, donc je ne peux pas encore donner un avis complet sur ses fonctionnalités. En revanche, je souhaite souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Sahil, qui m’accompagne pas à pas dans la mise en place. Il prend le temps de bien m’expliquer chaque étape, ce qui est très rassurant quand on débute. Je suis en période d’essai (0€/mois pour l’instant avec 10 produits gratuits), et si tout se passe bien, je pense continuer. Merci à Sahil pour son soutien !

We have been using CEDCommerce's ebay integration with Shopify for several years now. It is easy to setup and easy to use. Even when we do have questions support is always there to provide assistance.

They must pay for positive reviews, this product is horrible we are having duplicate sales constantly, I paid more for dedicated support they do not reply in a timely manner, even if you send a detailed issue report they want a 1 hour call every time for you to show problem, this is eating up so much of my time, when they fix it they are doing so manually so the bugs are still in the program, they try to upsell you everyday on other products. When your rep quits you are left with no good way to ask for help, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT they are frauds.
