I've only just started the integration process. I haven't found it easy but the customer service support is amazing and has taken me through step-by step. Would recommend for the support alone.

great tool. works perfect and. the customer service is impeccable. I didn't have to talk on the phone, through chat with a live agent on the site, all my questions were answered quickly and. effectively. I highly recommend it.

The CedCommerce support team was super helpful in the onboarding process and I was able to schedule calls day of to help with the onboarding process. The app interface + customer service made the transition to ebay very easy.

This app is a constant source of stress and frustration for me. It doesn't "just work" at what it's supposed to do and you have to watch it like a hawk. I sell single vintage items 200+ per week on shopify, then import them to eBay. I have always had the ongoing issue of items selling on my website and not being taken down from eBay even though they are out of stock on Shopify. When this happens the order on eBay of the unavailable item on Shopify doesn't sync to my shop so I am unaware until an angry customer reaches out to me because their order is past due and stuck in eBay. I'll have to refund the customer and it hurts my eBay seller status. One month I even had 20+ cancellations and incurred an higher final value fee from eBay until I was eligible for re-evaluation the next period. This is crazy because overall we are very on top of things. I also find that the support doesn't understand English very well and will often touch settings on my integration without explicit permission. This has happened at least 2 times which has caused me great concern.

Update - Support has seemingly fixed the situation, but only time will tell for sure. ------------------- Having used this for at least a year now, I can say that this app is not great. The UI is very clunky; lack of filtering options. Doesn't sync eBay/Shopify quantity properly, so I frequently end up over selling or not having the order from eBay brought over to Shopify becasue Shopify is out of stock and eBay isn't. Whenver I contact support about this, it's always 'Okay, we've synced it for you'. Never 'I can see this is a problem, and this is what we'll do to fix it going forward'.

I recently started using CedCommerce for eBay and Shopify, and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and user experience it provides. From the moment I downloaded the app, everything has been seamless and intuitive. The customer support team deserves special mention for their prompt and helpful responses. I had a minor issue setting up my account, and they resolved it within minutes. It's rare to find such dedicated and efficient support in today's app market.
