CedCommerce eBay Integration

Rishu was great in helping us figure out a solution for our TCGs! App has been working great, and now we will be able to get even more products moving on eBay.

These applications have been a great find for us. The support that I was given was immediate and have been a blessing for us. Very helpful

Super buggy software. Almost everything appears to be done in batch instead of real-time because you have to trigger most things through menu items. There are many steps to getting a product on Ebay and then when you do get one on, sometimes CED gets out of sync and you have to do everything again. It's also not intuitive to me and does not follow the logic of how you would sell on Ebay. It's also a separate app and not integrated into the Shopify UI.

I want to sincerely thank Rishu for his kind and timely help! He quickly understood the issue I was facing and guided me through the solution with such patience and care. Thanks to him, everything is now working perfectly. I truly appreciate the support—you're amazing, Rishu!

Although CedCommerce eBay Integration customer service seemed really helpful, as soon as they fixed a problem we were having, they asked me to leave a review and stayed on the shared screen until they had seen me write it! After this we have had nothing but trouble with the app, the inventory is continuously incorrect causing sales on things we don't have, and then the final straw yesterday, when it happen again, they claimed it was my fault as I had listed items directly on eBay, when we have use their app for everything.
